I'll tell you what is apparently nice, Horlicks and Hot Chocolate. I still have yet to try it.

It's this weird tasting drink that helps with sleep (I don't think it does)

 

Oh, I've tried something like that... Tasted disgusting, didn't help me fall asleep faster, and for the first time in nine and a half years I slept in and missed my first class of the day >.< ​

 

Yeah, it seems to only make sleep worse and the taste is not so good.
