Your Captain is at odds, I'm leaning towards The Buccaneer Android Paladins of the Undead, shortened to B.A.P.U. I'll need Risk to show up and settle the dispute with his vote.

On to another subject I'd like to bring up, this being my crown jewel of threads I'll put forth the case for a new thread I've thought up. I'd like to make my own RPish thread, but keep it in the Forum Families section because it won't be true RP. It won't be associated with our Pirate threads, but will be similar in purpose.

I plan to call it Crossover Cove, you pick yourself a character from any Anime or Video Game and enact things with others from different shows/games. Inspiration drawn from our ships and the Duel Arena, in the duel arena for instance everyone goes by a characters name and talks to each other through their demeanor(just nixing the dueling part).
Anyways I'm still thinking up how it would work, but I'd like some input on it so far.

And I like the Crossover Cove idea, but it could be disallowed because of the similarity to the Ultimate Crossover RP.

 

I was wondering if they had one already, pew, I'll continue thinking about it for now. Isn't that RP more serious natured though? What I was thinking of would be a lighthearted thread to just talk nonsense as random characters.

 

It was, yeah. It's long finished now, because the creator quit the site.
In any case, I'd certainly be up for it.

 

I'm down for the B.A.P.U that sounds pretty cool.

As for the cross RP, sounds interesting. What would be the limit? I wouldn't want to be another Axel incident you know?

 

THE B.A.P.U IT IS! I'll update the front page momentarily, I'm planing on a major overhaul as we try and identify ourselves as an independent thread. Not that we're cutting ties with ours sister thread, just that we'll be trying to rely on them less.

Gawd the Axel incident...I'd plan on everyone having one character to start with, if you want to change characters you announce your intention and get it changed, keep from having as much confusion(this of course this could change, but it be easier to start off).

I'd say that, like in real RPs, you should choose a text colour and stick to it for them. That way there's far less confusion.

 

I was just about to ask if you would so kindly make us a new one, much obliged Swagger. Do as you please with it, although you could possibly use the symbol the Tampa Bay Bucks use as start(I don't care for the football team, but their logo is kick-ass).

@Traitor I was also thinking about that, though most RPers already do that. (which brings up the thought that I was going to start posting in purple in this thread, whatcha think?)

Final note, I've thought about amending our theme song because we're changing names(not a slight against your choice Traitor), just beckoning in a new ear. So everyone is free to post one, I'll get one in a moment.
