The bond of blood

Rik simply grinned and walked back into the crowd and headed for the tent entrance.

 

Zane walked in through the carnivle, eyeing the crowds. He could tell from the stench that there certainly was a large mixture of vampires and hunters. He could even tell whether they belonged to the circus or not just by telling which ones had the similure smells, which were different then the random hunters and vampires that had been visiting. "Ah yes, it appears that they are about to put on anouther show then." he muttered as he walked into the crowds.

As if right on que of Zane's entrance, the lights began to go out, and stage lights began fluttering around the central arena stage, circling, and approaching the middle of it, where the ring master stood. He looked some what gothic, bandages covering most of his face, and had oddly green colored nails. Around his neck was a whistle, and on his sides was a fencing sword, and a whip. He was grinning at the crowd, waiting for there to be silence

 

Juste watched as the Ringmaster arrived, showing off his bravado collection of vampires. He eyed the whistle all the more, noticing a sliver of a glint shoot about. Since Belmonts are humans attuned to magic, he could easily tell what was magical and which was not. He shook his head. "Vampires are meant to be secret... If humans find out..." He trailled off, eyeing the Ringmaster, now, in particular. He certainly was odd, magical, but not a vampire. Something was amiss to the transylvanian...

 

Lucian sat down in front and watched. he was looking around sketching details of the circus

 

"Now ladies and gentlemen, allow me to present to you the greatest show on earth." he said as he snapped his fingers, and out from behind the curtains, dark looking people, dressed terribly gothic like, wearing all black, and looking quite depressed came out. "Now ladies and gentlemen, what you are about to see may be hard to comprehend, so allow me to make things a little bit easier for you" he said as he snapped his fingers, and suddenly, in everyones minds, it appeared as if they were in a pure realm of darkness, seeing nothing but black, the Ringmaster, and a single performer. "Do not be fooled, for everything that you see is completely real" he said to them all.


Two people sat next to Zane, whispering amongst eachother. "Wow, this guys good. I mean, don't get me wrong, its not like I'm into this weirdoes, but still, he's good" a girl whispered into a guys ear. "I know whatcha mean. I'd be a bit more scared if he wasn't talking about all this **** about 'vampires', or whatever" the guy replied

 

"Not good"Lucian thought looking around. "this could turn out real bad"

 

"Don't worry. It isn't like he will hurt the crowd" he muttered into Lucians ear. "He himself is a hunter, so it is not like he would put these people's lives in danger........well, yet, anyways"

ooc: dam, I gtg again. I will be back in a half hour tops

 

The transylvanian arose from his spot, and silently stalked the tent's premises. He was, after all, a hunter. What more could he do. He appeared behind the Ringmaster, and gently whispered into his ears "What are you doing, you fool?"

 

The ringmaster then dissapeared from the sight of the crowd, as one of the circus performers began to rise into the air, obviously using gravitational powers. The Ringmaster turned to the rude man behind him, and said "They do not know that they are vampires, and the crowd cannot be harmed. "Rest easy upon yourself. After all, if they believed that they were vampires ,then would they not be screaming?"

 

"Vampires have the ability to seduce and hypnotize their prey, do they not?" Juste asked rhetorically, not amused by the Ringmaster's argument. He stood there solidly, arms crossed. "Revealing them to the public will cause uproars and rumors. You, too, may also lose your hold if you're not careful. If you were wise, you would've left this in the dark..." He shook his white mane, apparently frustrated.

 

Emma looked at the dark looking people What's going on? she thought.

 

Lucian kept looking around, the vampires bond would sooner or later make them interfere with the show. seeing their brothers used the way they where would make them furious

 

"I suppose that you have not heard of me before then. I will have to ask for you to leave, and trust that I am capable of controlling this filth. After all, if they try a single move, then they will deeply regret it. Trust me" he said with a dark grin.

A crackle and pop sounded. The crimson eyes of Juste Belmont were alit with rage. "Even humans sicken me... I would prefer to be a vampire than the same species as yourself!" Juste muttered, preparing to release his blade... But the results would be devastating for any onlookers. Vampire Killer pulsed in his hand. "I may be a Hunter, but atleast I honor the undead with some respect befitting an enemy," the saber was halfway out, releasing a bright light.

 

" I think it's time to get out of here", she said a little to loudly as she was trying to find the way out, but there were too many people I'm never going to find the way out.

 

OOC: hmm mine wasn't talking at al

"I highly doubt that, the ones you have here are all weak even for vampires"Lucian said, "Plus what your doing is way to risky and illegal"

 

ooc: he is a vampire. He can tell by the expression on his face. He was paying attention to him since he could tell that he was a hunter by the scent of holy water.

bic: "I am not a part of this. I am familiar with his little circus though" he muttered to him.


"You unsheath that sword, and I will sick them on the crowd. I don't know how many hunters are in here, but you should realize that not only do I have many different vampires here from different clans, but I also have many more that are waiting. Do you honostly believe that this is the first time that I have dealt with a hunter before?" he asked him

 

"No I believe its the first time you've dealt with a Helsing"Lucian said calm, still looking for any sign of an attack

 

He cocked an eyebrow "Test my patience and your throat will torn away," Juste threatened, anger apparent in his eyes. The sword's glow even wavered from dimmer to brighter with his rising anger. The whip thirsted for blood, for ash. "I am Juste Belmont, Legendary Vampire Hunter... and to be quite frank, I do not hold this title with much honour." The sword flung from its scabbard, shining ever so brightly, almost burning out the eyes of the undead. Its luster never feigning.

 

Ringmaster did a backflip, facing Juste now. "Do not test mine. One more wrong move, and I shall set them loose. The reason why I am being nice about this now is because I don't want to lose money, but if I must, then I shall sick them all on the humans"
