The best Pokemon game?

Self explanitory. What's the best Pokemon series/game that's been released?

My favorite is probably the GS series, I loved the day and night system and introduction of berries and whatnot.
Plus the graphics were a gigantic improvement form RBY. And the Pokemon were still normal looking.
Though I do like Colleseum because it sort of took Pokemon to the next level on a console other than the GBC.

 

I've always liked RSE, and I don't know why. It was just easy for me to play, but the rest of the Pokemon games I needed to kinda force myself to keep playing them.

 

Crystal because it involved Kanto as well.The two best regions in the entire Pokemon games.

 

Yellow, Red and Blue hands down :D

 

I like Yellow, Sliver, Gold and Crystal the most.

 

I loved the way the expressed the storyline in the colleseum; the first time you played as the bad guy (sort of), and you got to steal the other trainer's corrupt pokemon. It was a great change of pace, but it could have been better if, say, the cutscenes were more animated.

 

GSC.

No more need be said.

 

Red, Blue and Yellow were the classics. They were the original before the pokewhoring took place.
However, Crystal is still my favorite game because it allows you to explore both Johto and Kanto. It was an immense game on a single cartridge, plus it was the first game I bought for my SP back in the day.

 

G/S/C are by far still my favorite. Also Pokemon Snap should be on that list.

 

Red. Blue, and Yellow of course. They're totally classic.

Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

 

Definetly Gold. (so I choose Silver and Crystal as well, but Gold is my particular favourite)

G/S/C. my first game i ever got was gold. loved it. I don't see how anyone could like the Colosseum ones. The Pokemon looked just like stadium and the fights were the same looking too. they still had the same animations and it was short.

Snap was an awesome game

I would agree with this since they're a remake of Gold and Silver (which I picked as the best) but no red Gyrados? That loses a lot of credibility.

THe original three RBY were really great but GSC had twice the story with all of the originilaty. Crystal has been the best overall because of the moving pokemon.


I loved Coliseum, although the No wild Pokemon ruined it for me

 

I thought that XD Gale Of Darkness was awesome and is my favorite because it was the first pokemon game that i bought for my Nintendo Game Cube

 

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum

No Offence to the classics heck my first games (any game not just Pokemon) were Gold which i was addictid 2 and puzzle league both for GBC and I was 5 at the time I still play them 2 this day and love them. and Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald were way 2 hard 4 me after gym #7 so I sold them 2 GameStop for $30 a piece (and I had Ruby and Emerald):ninjacat::luv::bangbang::roll::sweatdrop::action-smiley-057::lol::registro5B15D::star-wars-smiley-02:glomp::fight::crashcomp::ff10sora::inlove::poke::ranting::ninja::starwars::Awesome::rockband::offtopic::gunwtf::hairy::sorry::roar::guiltygearXpc37:

G/S/C is the best.

 

I didn't think Snap was as popular; same reason why Pokemon Channel, Troizei, and Dash aren't there. xD
Pinball was fun though. But again, not as mainstreamed as the RPGs.

Ahaha RSE were easy, the only challenge was getting all the Pokemon.

Another thing about GSC - Introduced the female trainer and actually had challenging to catch Legendaries.

 

My faves are Blue, Red, and Yellow

probably because I beat Blue version all the way (like all pokemon and stuff without trading)
