This is horrendous



i was thinking of putting this in the SOTW thing, since this is a 1990's game

Has no depth and terrible lighting..

 

It does need some depth, and a little color could help. Just add a few placed gradients on softlight (or whatever the gimp equivalent is, if you use gimp). Not exactly sure what you did to it though, do you have the original stock?

 

These people are beginers so why don't you give them something helpful instead of "no depth". Tell them what the **** they are doing wrong and how to correct it.

Ah, nice job. I couldnt even tell it was the art for the game cover lol. For the lighting, you could try using a brush with white and then set it to softlight or just lower the opacity. Good job though Reptar~
