The Bar

Tom looked oddly at the girl Kimberly as he handed her another. He was beginning to count how many she'd had and would most likely soon cut her off.

 

OOC: What time is it anyway, in character-wise?

BIC:

Honking horns and shouts and yells erupt from the
front to rear traffic that engulfs the entire road way.

And the taxi Marluxia, Zexion, Lexeaus, and Seifer were in,
was at the back of the long horizon of cars.

All four were growing impatient, and
the Driver was growing more and more nervous himself.

Seifer, cross-armed and stern-looking,
looks from the traffic to the sweating driver,
and slouched in his seat.
"I could get us through here in a heartbeat."
Seifer says matter-of-factly,
giving a devious smile.

"Oh yeah, kid, I'd like to see you try it."
The driver replies sarcastically,
forgetting his predicament for a moment,
and then uttering a weak
"Uh oh..."
As Seifer glared at him and raised one fist.

A moment tlater,
the driver lands out on the street with a thud,
quickly getting up,
but he finds he is locked out,
and Seifer is sitting in the driver's seat.

"You punks let me back in right now or I'm calling the cops!"
The driver yells, banging on the windows,
but then notices Lexeaus staring at him meanly through the window.

The driver backs up and smiles weakly.
"Just remember to fill'er up when you bring her back..."
He replies to himself sheepishly,
changing his decision in an instant.

Seifer, inside and grinning to himself in pleasure,
revvs up the engine,
takes a sharp turn to the open left,
and starts heading towards the docks,
breaking through a road sign saying:
"Under construction".

 

ooc: i'd say that it's about...3:15 pm-ish. bar opens at 3.

bic: Wait a minute...how we're serving everyone? Where's Seifer and flower boy? Ah well... Leon thought pouring a drink. "Here you go." he said to the customer.

 

OOC: Ok. Then the foursome are just 15 minutes late so far.
And with the next part,
they'll only be 17 minutes late in total. xD

Also...the bar needs a name...xD

And I'd also like to note:
This is KH II Seifer,
not FF Seifer.

He fights with a struggle bat,
not a gunblade.

And I just realized.
The whole entire
reason i picked him,
was because I wanted to try
out the same character in The organization in Wal-Mart.
And it took me this long to realize....
Seifer is played by graxe himself in that Rp...xD

BIC:

In the backseat,
Marluxia tries to let out a scream as they bust
through th "Under construction sign,
roar through the air,
and then land shortly afterward
on the plank ramp going down into the city docks.

As if being cramped back there wasn't bad enough,
now there was a mad-cap teenager
trying to speed to the bar.

They continued to gain momentum as they
litterally slid down the slop of planks,
not yet nearing the entire dock yet.

Seifer busted through another sign marked:
"Authorized persaonal only!"

Marluxia was growing worried,
with machinery on one side,
and a deep plummet into the ocean on the other.

If Seifer lost control just once,
they'd all either blow up or sink and drown!

Zexion was wide-eyed and clutching to his seat,
unsure of anything else to do.

Meanwhile, Lexeaus showed no signs of either
worry or amusement.

Seifer continued speeding down the docks until
the end of the docks neared,
which happened to be a not-yet-completed bridge
that would have led right onto the main land.

Marluxia breathed a sigh of relief.
Even though they'd be even later for work,
at least they'd get there.

But Marluxia feels his stomach lurch
as he sees a devilish smile
spread across Seifer's features.

He switched gear to speed backwards a bit,
and then swiftly changed the gear back to drive.

Staring straight ahead at the unfinished ramp,
and then to the others in the back,
Seifer gives a meaningful laugh.

Marluxia gulps.
"Don't do anything stupid, Seifer!!"
Marluxia yells at the top of his lungs.

Seifer has yet to push his foot to the peddle
and scoffs.
"Wouldn't dream of it."
He notes sarcastically,
then slams his foot down on the gas peddle,
and they all rocket towards the ramp at an alarming speed.

Seifer was careful to keep one eye
on the swiftly rising speedonometer,
and the other on much ramp was left.
"Come on....come on, baby..."
Seifer eases,
looking himself even a little uneasy.

Then just as the speedonometer reaches its fullest,
the Taxi cab has no more land to stay on,
and it seems to float in the air for what felt like an eternity.

Then in an instant,
the cab hits onto pavement,
having cleared the jump.

With Zexion frozen stiff,
Lexeaus stone-silent,
and Marluxia puking into a barf bag in the back,
Seifer breathes a sigh of relief.

"So......You guys aren't going to kill me, right?"
Seifer asks nervously with a pause,
continuing to drive,
but at a normal rate towards the road
leading to the bar.

Marluxia takes his mouth away from the bag long enough
to glower at Seifer sickly.
"Wouldn't dream of it..."
He says weakly.

Seifer breathes another sigh of relief,
marluxia once again returning to hurrking in the bag.

"And I mean that the same way you did!"
Marluxia yells angrilly,
taking his face away from the bag again,
eye fixed on Seifer with hatred.

Zexion tries to scoot a little bit away from Marluxia,
and succeeds only a little,
all while Seifer gulped deeply in his throat,
nearing the bar,
close enough the see it plainly enough.

 

ooc: ironic, ain't it? and a name...how about The Liquid Memory? can't think of anything...

bic: Leon looked at the clock. "17 minutes late? What, did they kill somone?" he asked himself. He took out his handgun and loaded it, just in case he needed it.

 

Kimberly looked around and felt sicker than ever. She could tell she was a little tipsy, and she was having a little fun excitingly... Her thoughts focused on her surroundings and the second she heard a great dance she laughed and dances to it.

 

business is slow today.
*starts wiping down the bar*

 

The Taxi cab screeches to halt,
parellel parking right front of the bar entrance.

All at once,
the three in the back clamber out and hit the hard pavement,
Marluxi first,
Zexion second,
and then to the dismay of the other two,
Lexeaus.

Calmly Seifer opens the front driverside door,
and walks out,
walking around Marluxia, Zexion, and Lexeaus
all bunched together in a dogpile.

Marluxia heaves the other two off,
causing them to roll off in opposite directions.
he clenches one fist
and his teeth as Seifer walks through the door.
"Who the heck does he think he is!?"
He yells out rhetoically.

Zexion rubs his head,
having landed on it after Marluixa heaved them off.
"Do not worry...I have big plans for him..."
Zexion replies menacingly,
peering his eyes
over to Marluxia,
who returned the same devious smile.

All three heaved to their feet and walked inside,
only Zexion knowing what he was actually going to do to Seifer.

Inside,
Seifer looks around towards the bar,
noticing Leon brazing a gun.
"What is that for?"
he asks curiously,
but also sounding a little taunting.

 

*notices marluxia,zexion,lexeaus and seifer walk in*
you guys are late.and the boss isn't happy about that.

 

Kimberly watched a bunch of guys come in the door. She looked at them in confusion. She ran up to the bar again.
"Another Smirnoff please," she said, slurring her words.

 

ma'am,i think you have had enough for now.i can get yo a soda,but no more aclohol.

 

"come on! I've only had one," she said.

 

ooc: you guys know that the bartenders are the bosses since they own the place, right?

bic: Upon seeing the group of four, Leon aimed his gun at them. The laser was aimed directly between Seifer's eyes. "You guys are late." he told them. "What do you guys think we should do to them?" he asked the other owners.

 

maybe,but it seems you can't hold your aclohol.

 

"Oh well, might as well go home then," she said. She looked in her minipurse for her car keys.

 

Seifer retracts a bit,
his eyes crossing to look at the laser
directed at his forehead.
"Marluxia woke up late!
Blame him!"
He yells in defense.

Marluxia glowers at Seifer.
"True, but I'm the entire
reason any of us got to work today."
Marluxia says plainly.

"And me and Lexeaus have more
credit of coming
on time, than you, Seifer."
Zexion adds,
speaking for Lexeaus behind him.

Lexeaus merely nodded his head slowly.

OOC:

But try to give numbers you think is right,

"Okay then," she said. She sat down and took a deep breath.
"On second thought, i'd rather have a coke for now, until i feel up to another one," she said.

BIC:

Seifer gulps,
the laser still tracked onto his forehead.
"How many times have I actually been late?"
He asks,
trying to make him look better.
because frankly,
he didn't acutally know how many times
he had been late before.

Lexeaus counted on his fingers,
and then bent down
to whisper something into Zexion's ear.

Zexion clears his throat before answering.
"86 days out of the 90 you've worked here."
Zexion states,
using the moment to fufill his scheme.

According to Seifer's view,
there were no women in the bar.
That was the Illusion.
Kimberly and any other female that was there
or walked in,
would appear to be as men in Seifer's eyes.
Everyone else would see past the illusion however,
since it was only focused on Seifer.

But he'd have to slink off somewhere with Marluxia
to take the next step in his scheme,
and Marluxia didn't even know what that was...

Serifer,
looking a little shocked replies,
"86 out of 90?!
Including this time!?!"
He asks with screaming emphasis.

Lexeuas again whipsers into Zexion's ear,
and Zexion's eyes light up.

Again, Zexion clears his throat and Seifer looks at him out
of the corner of his eyes very worriedly.
"87 out of 91."
Zexion states,
counting today.

Seifer groans and lets out one "D'oh!" but without moving
as to not tick Leon off.
