    Totally agreed.

As an Iron Man fangirl, I was pleased with most every part that he was in. I also was pretty surprised with how well Mark Ruffalo played the Hulk, and after years of failures they finally got the big man right in a film (everyone was cracking up when he started beating up Loki). Surprisingly, everyone got a fair amount of screentime (even Fury, Black Widow and Hawkeye), and I actually didn't hate Black Widow as much as I did in Iron Man 2. Still, my only real complaint is Coulson's death. Though it was the reason that they were able to get together, he was great in every single Marvel movie he had been in and he will be missed.

Don' t forget that Fury is a big fat liar, I read somewhere that the Son of Coul is already confirmed to appear in Iron Man 3.

Yes, about that, I forgot to mention, if you watch the Thor movie closely here' s something you can spot in Odin' s vault :

YES. So this means he'll probably make an appearance in Thor 2? He's after the Tesseract and may as well want the Infinity Gauntlet and they're both in Asgard at the moment. But for them to use Infinity Gauntlet for Avengers 2, and with so few of them, I really really hope they don't mess it up :/

Watched the film yesterday and I have to say it was better than I expected.

Whedon did an excellent job writing/directing this so that while it isn't the absolute best film for the Avengers, It was a great starting point introducing characters and their issues with each other. Though it was an action movie I laughed so much at the little things as well as nearly everything The Hulk did.

Robert Downy jr did as expected with Iron Man. He got many laughs as the cocky playboy genius we have come to adore.
I had suspicions of how well Mark Ruffalo would portray Banner and must say I am thoroughly impressed. The Hulk has finally gotten a role where he can live up to his legacy and smash. He made me laugh, for being hit out of the Shield Aircraft, the spontaneous punch on Thor, and using Loki as a rag doll.

Though I would have liked to see more of Hawkeye, the way he was written in was acceptable to the point where he wasn't shown too little and enough to see what he's capable of. same goes for Black Widow.
Captain America adapted to the leader role well in the final battle and showed off some cool Shield swinging.
The Fights were Thor were awesome. I enjoyed his short fights with Hulk and Iron Man more than I did against the villains.

Everyone's chemistry was spot on, and I can't wait to see the next film!
Also, RIP Phil. He made things that much more enjoyable.

Another midnight premiere attendee reporting in.

In short, I liked it. The amount of insults between the characters alone made it all worth it. You could tell they were trying to throw in that Mavel humor though, and they did a very good job at that. I was worried at first since it looked like they were going to rush the introductions, but the way the characters interacted with each other made up for it. The action was pretty entertaining, they really made Hawkeye and Hulk pretty overpowered imo but it was fun to watch. Loki was an entertaining villain as well.

Nothing mind blowing, but definitely a fun movie and well worth the watch.

I swear, my brother better not mess this up for me. I have to go see this tomorrow. There is no way anything can ruin this for me. I will take my bike and pedals miles and sneak into a movie theater to see this if I have to. And I already saw a GIF someone made of the movie, so I want to see the part where that GIF was made from

I nerdgasmed through the entire movie. The movie was freaking epic. It had great characters, great story, great action, awesome comedy. Everything was amazing about this movie. My favorite was
was when loki was saying how he was a god and then hulk picks him up, smashes him into the ground....... a lot, and then says puny god

Just watched this movie, and my life has been completed just a little bit more. I seriously hope they do decide 100% on making a second one.
Although, I wouldn't put it past them, having that guy at the end of the credits.
There were so many great scenes, and just having all of the characters in there made some really great, laughable moments.
Some of my favorites were when Hulk just slammed Loki around and Loki said laid there thinking "I was ignored", and when Captain just pointed up and told Hulk "smash." Also, the Lord of the Rings reference was nice. But does anyone know if that cameo of spiderman was for real? I don't remember seeing any cameo of him. Too bad about Phil though. I think he would have been kept around.

It was when Iron man picked up Hawkeye and said "let's go Legolas."

And the guy at the end was Thanos.
And probably one of the best parts was when Thor came in they were talking at the table.
    Thor: He's my brother
Natasha: Your brother killed 80 people
    Thor:....he's adopted

    one of the best parts

OOOh yeah, now I remember, lols.

I loved that part too. Thor was quick to throw him under the bus lololol.

I also liked when tony and bruce were using big words and analogies, and then thor used one, and cap said, I got that one....I understood it. Awkward moment for cap was awkward lolol. And hawkeye was a troll. I'm going to look one way, and shoot a arrow the completely different way and hit my target.....dafuq!?! I laughed so hard during the whole effing movie.

I know, I loved that part. I mean, the guy's already good with archery, but the fact he hit dead-on without even looking? I don't think even Green Arrow can match his standards. And I think one of the strangest, and funny parts, but more strange, and probably awkward for Tony, was when he was fixing the engine, and Captain said "Use English", Tony actually paused like he couldn't speak and then he said "the red lever." I swear he had trouble saying that. And honesty, I actually found it funny when he got the engine going and ended up being thrown around like a pinball under the engine. I don't know why, but it seemed more like a comedy scene than anything else.

Oh god yes, that was just too funny. I loved it! Then when hulk fell from the sky and the old man asked if he was a alien, and he said, then the old man said "Then son, you got condition". I loved that old man, he was funny.

yeah, that was pretty funny. I'm actually amazed we find out how Banner doesn't change into the Hulk. I didn't think that was his secret. The guy really does, in Stark's word, have "breathtaking anger-management issues". I think one of the best parts was when the guy started shooting at the Hulk, and then the Hulk runs at him and the pilot is just yelling into the mic saying "Target angry, Target angry!". I mean seriously, who wouldn't laugh at that?

I thought the pilot was really stupid for what he did, I mean, I know he was following orders, but he was also to do what..........stay his distance.....what did he do, not stay his distance. And no **** the target is angry, your shooting him with what was it, 50mm canons? I would be pretty angry too if you were shooting at me as well. Just saying. If I was that pilot, I would have been "What was that, your breaking up, repeat, I didn't quite hear what you said. It sounded like you said shoot the hulk"....."Oh you did say that, oh okay. *flies away* Yeah, that would have been me.

yeah, that would have been pretty funny. Although, I'm sure the Nick Furry would certainly be furious if you did that. Pun intended. But it was actually cool to see Nick Furry do stuff in this movie. I mean, the only other movie we've seen him in is Iron Man 2, and the scene after Thor's credits. This was really cool. Not too mention, seeing Furry pack a RPG was just awesome to see. And those Board members are really stupid. There's just no other word for their logic.

That's because they saw, really big super weapons are better than a team of people with some small weapons......HA, yeah right. But from of the stuff I heard in the movie, it sounds like they might be making hints at the registration act.

A Civl War movie for Avengers 3, that would be soo awsome XD But, no. Like I said in an earlier post, a large scale Marvel Universe movie would be unlikely, what with the budget, casting, and rights other studios have to certain characters/things from previous movies.

Yeah, way to expensive. Now a tv series, or a movie series of it would be amazing that's animated.
