Yes, with Aqua hair, her name is Miku, she if the first Vocaloid of the second series.
Vocaloid is a voice synthesising program, it allows you to make music with differnt sounds it has, and it come with a voise box to sign with the music. The names of the different versions are the names of the made up characters that sing. Each differnt one has it's own voice.
