Perhaps try to tell him with something other than words, or still words, but not quite direct ones. Songs or pomes could be easier, it's also possible to draw. All three of those can hold very strong emotions.
Songs and pomes can need very few words, sometimes the lack of so many can make it better. Then pictures so it's said are worth a thousand words.






Also Santa came this morning, I found the long lost disk of the third Spyro game (Year of the dragon) on my computer desk. So happy right now, I've been looking for the disk since 5 years ago when I lost it....except my sister has the plastation so I can't play it at the moment >_<

 

I got the first Spyro almost a week ago and I'm on 46% 8D
I've only played it for like three hours lmao

I can usually beat 1 and 2 in a day each, if I really want to I can probably get both fit into a day. The third I have no record for, I'm not sure I even got 100% it. It's been so long ;~;

 

Somehow I go from questioning love to Silver and I being a couple....

Sorry, this is off topic, but how's the EkIchi contest going? I noticed you put up a few more of the entrys on DA.

 

I know I just come in here and spout random rants. Haha.

Judging is under way and winner will be posted up tommorrow by 5-6 p.m.-ish. I have a few judges sending in their votes on things and those will be posted on the actual logos in the EkIchi forums so you can see whos had what votes/points and by what judge.

I think there is me and two other judges...Tissue, our web designer, has sent in his votes, but I'm waiting on results from Matsu. If I get them early I will post them sooner. If not, I'll w aituntil around 5 p.m. and post anyway with just mine and Tissue's.

 

Quite alright, it better to know than to never hear a word of it. Getting it out of your system is a lot better than lying. Something I've really gotta break my habit of.


Awesome. So you said something about it going to be on the new site that you're hoping to have up by newyears, right? Is the current forum going to just migrate there or something else?

 

Forums stay there, the main website will just display the active games, games in progress, have perhaps a members sign up area, and will eventually have a section like a 'gaia online', where it will be a full interactive website. Each game will also have its own page with downloads and whatnot. Things like that.

I'm at a hotel rite now...

Apparently, I'm "babysitting" with a couple of friends at a theme park for the next couple of days. I think I rode like 15 coasters alone today, 4 times on one which drops 255 ft twice and goes about 100 mph, other that spins while you drop, (rode that twice) and a coaster which you ride horizontally. (3 times) And I gota do just about the same thing for tomorrow and maybe the day after. (we're not done with all the coasters in the park yet... -_-)

I don even know how my mom put me up to this anymore...

(strangely enough, this is the first time I've ever been in a hotel WITHOUT my parents <<)

 

I liked coasters until one broke and injured me enough so I couldn't walk for a few weeks. Haha.


Ijust got through laughing SO hard I hurt all over now, have tears streaming down my face, and can barely breathe. Hahahaha.

The winner for the logo competition was announced. Check the EkIchi forums for details. Arsonist won with his logo, Sai/Razzu was 2nd place, and I came lagging in at 3rd. Haha. I'll be posting up the scores at the EkIchi family thread later on today. I'm just so busy doing everything else...

I'll kind of be on and off until January 1st finishing things for Grenzenlos and sofa. Then I'll have more time freed up to do other things.

Also, Cyril's theme: The Morning Star, is complete.

I'm glad my brother's musick is getting excellent reviews. He is a talented musician....a bit lazy, but very talented. Haha. <3 His musick really inspires me and I listen to it while I'm working on things. Especially my favourite song in the universe, which is the sofa main theme.

I think if everyone would work hard and get unlazy (because some of these writers I swear....so lazy...) that sofa will be no less than utterly EPIC. Its just going to take a lot of hard work. But to have that as the pilot-game to get EkIchi's name out there, even if we can't directly profit from it, we will earn a ton of respect I can almost guarantee.

 

It is quite worthy of good reveiws, it's simply amazing.

Yea, there is a TON of potentioal in this game, and I really hope the finished product turns out as good as it can be.
Also it's not entirely true that we won't profit, simply getting it out and having at least one impressed person out there would make me happy. Though of course, with the way things are going so far, I think there will be quite a few more than just one.

 

I will just be happy making it...such an epic storyline and great characters. I'm really passionate about games so watching our first trailer with my favourite song I swear will make me cry. I cried when I watched the trailer to Second Evolution and kind of relived those memories way back when I first played Second Story when it first hit shelves. Haha.

The hyper mecha shooter game, Grenzenlos: Glass Eternity is about to be released. He's mainly waiting on me to finishup the characters, which I have redone in a better style. I have two more characters to do and that's it, plus I will take those and make a sort of wallpaper-thing for it.

 

I got a tablet for Christmas!!! ^-^

New Wise Man Song up. This time it is Decus, who is known for his hyper-add antics and blazing SPICULES! He's one of my favourites. This song ties up there with The Visionary for me. I really enjoy how it fits to Decus' personality and you can hear some of Decus and Vesper's original theme 'Mighty Blow' in there but altered enough for it to be original.

I also very much enjoy the happy little guitar solo at the end, when I can see Decus running around with the grin plastered on his face and saying 'Oh ho ho ho!' You have to excuse me putting the 'surprise' there at the end of the video. I just couldn't resist. Haha.

And for those of you who didn't see, here is a sprite rough for Kayci, one of the majour choosable protagonists.



I've gotten very good comments on the sprite in every community of people who are waiting for the SOFA release, so I'm probably going to be doing animations very soon.
