The Age of the Heart

Luxek turned to look at Gexln. "Gexln, you take that guy" he stated, pointing at Auran with the Shadow Keyblade. "As for me..well i'll handle the rest" Luxek stated confidently.
"You'll get massacred!" Gexln protested.
"Don't be such a fool. I've picked up a few tricks over the years" Luxek stated as Gexln lunged at Auran with Darkness' Sorrow.

 

Nevan trembled, "Margaret....? It...can't be!"

Istar glowered up at Margaret and grinned, "Nope."

The woman smirked a little and lifted a sniper rifle into her lap, "How tragic. Then let me teach you."

 

Auran swiftly dodged the attack "Poor little Gexln, stuck with me, still guilty about the innocent people you killed? Can you see their faces when you close your eyes, or how about the families that belonged to the lives you destroyed? He said, leering at Gexln

 

"Don't let him get to you, Gexln. You did what had to be done. If you let his insults get to you, you'll become the weakest fighter of all" Luxek advised.
"You're right..i did kill innocent families. But those they were related to were in my way. I did what had to be done" Gexln said, repeating what Luxek had said. He leapt high into the air, using the vertical momentum to come down with a vicious slash directed towards Auran's skull.

 

Auran smiled "Looks like your better" He said as he moved away from where Gexln was aimed, and split his sword into two swords, identical in every way

 

"You have no idea" Gexln said as he landed on the ground then charged at Auran once more.

 

Auran smiled and blocked the charge with one sword, then swung the other towards Gexln's ribs, twisting at the last moment and aimed for his legs

 

Gexln curved his leg out of the way, kicking Auran's wrist in an effort to make him drop the sword. He swung Darkness' Sorrow down at Auran's arm that had just swung the sword. Either he drops the sword, or he loses an arm, he thought.

 

Auran realised what Gexln was trying to do, and quickly moved out of the road of the blade, bringing one arm behind him and the other in front as he swiftly moved away from Gexln "Dont try to mutilate me" He said, the humour gone from his face and voice

 

Luxek stood patiently, contemplating whether to attack Istar or let the newcomer handle him. I'll discover if the lady is a threat or not, and then make my decision on that factor, he thought to himself.
"I'll do what i want" Gexln stated. He sprinted after Auran, each step making him more and more determined to finish the fight. His blade felt as light as a feather, almost begging for the bloodshed that Gexln desired.

 

Margaret launched herself down from the building and slashed at Istar. He dodged underneath her jump and watched her dance away from him. "Istar, I should thank you for bringing me to this world. Seeing these things has changed my mind about Alice's duty. I've decided...Alice is important and thus...are you."

 

Luxek turned to look at Gexln and motioned with his thumb towards Istar. "Gexln, that guy against you?" he questioned.
Gexln looked at Istar out of the corner of his eye. He shrugged his shoulders. "He attacked Nevan, so i'm going to say yes" he stated, lunging at Auran with Darkness' Sorrow once more.
Luxek sighed. "Well, i guess i'd better take him out of the picture" he stated. He leapt over close to where Margaret and Istar were in a confrontation. "Allow me to introduce myself. I'm...ok i really can't be bothered to. Lets just get this over with, shall we?" he questioned, mocking Istar.

 

Istar groaned and Margaret turned her dark eyes toward him. "Who are you? I don't have time for you." Hefting a shotgun-scythe, she shot at Luxek.

 

"Whoa!" Luxek exclaimed, diving to his right and summoning a small wall of pure darkness to prevent himself from taking damage. "The name is Luxek, and i'm here to back up a friend" he stated. He allowed the dark wall to recede into the ground, and lifted up the Shadow Keyblade. "Now, are we all going to play nice, or am i going to have to fight BOTH of you?" he questioned.

 

Auran bared his teeth, still as sharp as knives "I'm sick of your games, ive had enough of this, let us finish this!" Auran said as he swung at Gexln, using all his concentration on where Gexln was and what he'd do

IC: Gexln smirked without a word as he swiftly dodged to his left, narrowly avoiding the strike.

 

Auran whipped his sword around for another strike and swung the other, aiming for Gexln's ankle with the first sword, and aiming for Gexln's arm with the other sword "This isnt a joke anymore Gexln" He said

 

Gexln, sensing the attack rather than actually seeing it, let instinct guide him. He released a violent burst of dark energy from within himself, causing the small area around him to repulse anything that might come near. "That's good, because i'm not kidding around" Gexln stated.

OOC: While that may be slightly godmodding, it's just a standard move Gexln does.

 

Both of the blades of Auran's swords widened and merged together to make a shield in front of Auran, blocking the might of the dark energy. Once the energy had subsided, Auran's swords went back to their original shapes, and Auran ran at Gexln head on once more, and just as he was about to reach Gexln he quickly darted behind him as the swords started to glow and started to hover and spin in a circle really fast "You act like you have nothing to lose, but everyone ha something to lose..." Auran said as the swords created a beam that would not kill Gexln, but leave him unable to finish the fight. The beam fully generated and shot straight at Gexln's chest...
