The Age of the Heart

Gexln laughed. "I'm just getting warmed up" he said confidently. He reached inside the pocket of the pants he wore underneath his Organization XIII coat, and from each pocket he pulled out a crude looking dagger. A grin widened on his face. "Ready to start dancing?" he asked sarcastically.

 

"Stop messing around!" Auran said as he tightened his grip on his sword

 

That reaction from Auran caused Gexln to hesitate. "This could be quite fun to mess with your mind, knowing i could obliterate you at a moment's notice" Gexln stated. He launched a dark firaga into the dark corridor behind himself, the dark firaga emerging from the dark corridor to Auran's left.

OOC: DODGEBALL XD

 

Auran destroyed the firaga with his sword and yelled impatiently "Stop this now! Be a man and stop acting like a child playing hide and seek!!"

 

Gexln chuckled. "Stop being a paranoid little kid" he insulted. He leapt in front of Auran and swung his blade at Auran's chest.

 

"Ive had enough of this!" Auran roared as his sword blazed with blue light. "Judgement is nigh!!" He yelled as his sword grew longer and he attempted to plunge it into Gexln's chest... "End Game..."

 

OOC: I'm going to pretend that said and he attempted to plunge it into Gexln's chest. Please edit it so that it says this.
IC: Gexln gripped the very edge of the blade, layering his skin with a small amount of darkness to prevent cutting. With alot of effort, he managed to hold it still. "Not...quite" he said through quick breaths. A low growl emitted from Gexln's throat as a thin, black line, almost like a shadow, began trailing up the blade.

 

OOC: Done :D

Auran was shocked that Gexln stopped the sword "B*stard" He said angrily

 

"Call me what you will. It won't change the outcome" Gexln said. He was straining himself to keep the blade from plunging into him, and the small shadow kept growing, gradually moving up the blade. The blade was slowly becoming corrupted with the darkness, making it possible for Gexln to command the darkness and effectively control the blade.

 

Moth finishes playing and stands. Placeing the flute back in her poket she removes what apears to be glimering dust in a small vial. She places some on her hand and blows it over the edge. "Happy birthday sister. May your heart and spirit find the peace you longed for in life." She sumons the power of the sun and casts swirling shapes that catch the dust she blew earlier and the dust catches fire and turns the area around her brilliant colours. She draws her coat around her and once again sits on the side gazing over the town

 

"Not this time" Auran said as he threw the blade away, it disappeared as soon as it hit the ground. Then he stepped backwards out of Gexln's reach

 

"Stepping away? You really haven't gotten any smarter, have you Auran?" Gexln taunted. He launched another dark firaga into a dark corridor, causing it to emerge behind Auran, and then swung forward with his blade.

 

"Oh haven't i?" Both the firaga and Gexln's blade passed through Auran, not touching him, as the firaga headed toward Gexln. Auran smiled and took off his glove, showing a glowing rune on the back of his hand. "Silly Gexln"

 

OOC: -_- i think having magical runes that allow things to pass right through you is taking it a bit far, though i'll put up with it THIS ONE TIME.

IC: Gexln lost his composure, clearly shocked as he passed right through Auran. He rolled to the right to avoid his own dark firaga, stood up, and turned to look at Auran. "So you're going to bring advanced magic into this are you? Well, two can play at that" he stated. His skin turned completely black, eyes turned yellow, and his fingernails turned into claws. Once more, Gexln had entered dark form, the first stage of three. "Lets see you stop me now" he said confidently.

OOC: Going off the actual character of Gexln, he would have near superhuman speed at this point, ALMOST as quick as Auran XD

 

Auran smiled "It is the darkness that will consume and destroy you" He said, as he tore of his cloak and shirt, to show the runes he had on his body "These are the things that make me who i am" He said, his pure blue eyes darkening

 

Nevan ignored Auran as if he hadn't appeared and fade-warped in front of Istar, "No Alice to protect you now." He pulled back his bow and three arrows notched into it, "Point blank, sh!thead!" "Crap!" Istar felt all three arrows lodge into his chest, the glittering of sand pouring out of the holes. "Sorry...this week is my no dying week. I'll see you in Hell only after you go first!" He punched Nevan in the jaw and headbutted him. "You can't survive every hit, Reaper!" Nevan grimaced and closed his eyes, "Jerk...dirty fighting, huh? I sure hope you don't..." Nevan gripped a steel-tipped arrow and dug it into Istar's chest, just below his heart, "Run out of sand!"

Alice dropped in the house they'd left her in. Tears streamed down her cheeks as pain lanced through her body. A small, yet painful, dark red stain appeared on her clothes right below her heart. "Istar..."

 

After a while Moth grows bored of siting and decides to practice her fighting. So she jumps from the ledge and summons midnight sun and starts to practice her technique swirling her sword in gracefull arches before summoning it's twin the moonfire before once again becoming a deadly swirl of blades. "I hope Docyx wakes up soon because i seem to have started talking to myself. It's kind of strange I actually miss people" she mused aloud while battling

 

"Darkness will never consume me. I command it, as you will soon learn" Gexln replied. He held Darkness' Sorrow in the air, and then pointed it at Auran. "Now, are you going to throw down your weapons, tear off those runes, and die peacefully? Or are we going to have to do this the hard way?" Gexln asked.

 

Nevan watched Istar's eyes glaze in pain before stepping away. "So pathetic... I'd rather see you suffer in pain than kill you quickly. Why won't you fight with your full power?!" "Yeah, since that's what I'd want to do so soon in the battle. Maybe you'd settle for NOW!" Nevan turned and met Istar's glowering eyes, "I'd like to see you try." Istar snapped off the shaft of the arrow sticking in his chest and wobbled to his feet. Several thin katanas hovered in the air around his body and disappeared. Reappearing around Nevan. Nevan smirked, slapping his hand to his heart and turned on his heel. A wave of gray-ish black fog made him vanish and appear a ways away from the swords. "You underestimate me still, Istar. Lady Margaret's death shall not be in vain!"

 

Auran's mouth became a grim line, as he disappeared then reappeared right in front of Nevan, clenching Nevan's throat "Are you that angry that you would kill an innocent life?! If you respect Lady Alice as you call her, you'll stop trying to kill Istar, because everytime you pierce his skin, it does the same thing to Alice!! If you kill him, you kill Alice, and i will not lose anyone else!" Auran yelled, tears streaming down his face "I didnt want to beg, but please dont kill him, because i dont want to lose Alice..." He pleaded, letting go of Nevan's neck.
