Nevan chuckled, "Nah, man. Having allergies is the last thing that makes me human." He left it at that and folded his arms.


Alice waved good-bye to them, "Be safe..." Istar slapped at Auran's hands, "Holy Mother of...dammit, boy! That hurts! Don't just go carving into people." Walking out with Auran beside him, Istar rolled his shoulders and felt the air around him, touching each hilt of his blades.

 

Gexln shrugged his shoulders. "Sometimes being human isn't always a good thing. In my opinion, it makes us weak. Easy to kill, not all that fast, and sometimes not the brightest..humans aren't all that great really" he said. He readied his blade.

 

"Depends....on how long you've been human. Me? I treasure being human. When you're the guardian of a Reaper...your life isn't exactly...humane." Nevan sighed and fiddled with his bow. He started humming Phillistein again.

 

Auran smiled and laughed at Istar's attempt to smack his hands away, "Stop complaining, i just gave you the speed i have, so they wont even see us coming." He said thoughtfully.

 

Istar laughed, "Won't see us coming? Dude...Nevan know's were coming. Reaper Guardian, remember? Guy's got wicked senses. And..." he pointed to the sky and the burning blue celtic cross among the clouds, "That...is Nevan's mark. He'll see us coming before we even see him. Nevan...Reaper's Guardian...perfect marksman. Guy's got eyes like eagles...err, so the rumor goes."

 

"Well if i can break the speed of light in this fight, i'll show you a little trick" Auran said, looking up at the cross in the sky

 

OOC: And if you can break the speed of light then Gexln will have to be a little godmodded to keep up :P
IC: Gexln sighed. "Just how important is it that this Istar person dies anyway?" he asked, impatient as ever.

 

OOC: Hahah and what would you mean by godmodded?

 

OOC: Well, i'll let him be more true to his character

 

OOC: Okay then, sounds interesting

 

Moth awakes from her sleep and looks over at Docyx in the other bed. "Still sleeping. Not that I expected anything different." Moth says frustratedly. "oh well." She gets out of bed gets dressed and walks out of the inn nodding to the innkeeper. She walks round radiant gardens till she comes to the Baily and sits down on the edge looking over the town below with sad eyes.

 

Nevan gritted his teeth and his blue eyes darkened, "It's important because Istar murdered my Master. He MURDERED Reaper Margaret. In cold blood. For power...so now...he must reap the consequences."

Istar quieted down as they walked, "Nevan is my problem...the other one is yours."

 

"Well if it's that important to you..." Gexln said, letting his voice trail off. "I suppose it's your fight, so i'll let you handle him. Anyone else though..and i'm going to have some fun" he said, wicked gleam in his eyes.

 

Auran pulled his hood up, and pulled a mask out of his cloak. To Istar's odd glance he answered, "to conceil that its me, Gexln wont know who he's fighting" He said as he put the mask on, only his eyes were visible behind the mask, a deep blue like the blue before night.

 

OOC: FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT lol dunno how much i'll be on over the next 3 days but hey i'll try

IC: Gexln stared down at his blade. Darkness' Sorrow was not just his weapon, it was the tool of his trade. All i do is kill though. Kill, killing, and even more death..is there something wrong with me? he wondered. Could this be...regret? No..i refuse to believe it. I can't feel. I'm a Nobody..not one of those weaklings with hearts..i can't possibly regret anything he thought to himself. He shook his head, as if to make an attempt to shake off any confusion he felt inside. He relaxed a little. "At this rate, i doubt anybody is going to show" he stated. He lowered himself to the ground carefully, taking up a kneeling position and ready to spring at any moment.

 

Istar folded his arms as Nevan and a kneeling Gexln came into view. "Now's the time. Nevan! Toss aside your weapon and say goodnight!"

Nevan's delighted chuckle echoed in the empty streets, "No thanks...it's not my bedtime. It's payback time, Istar! For your crimes...I will be the one to purify you!"

 

Gexln looked up from his kneeling position. "So that's Istar huh? He doesn't look so tough" Gexln said.

 

Istar fumed, "What did you say?!"

A slight glimmer caught Nevan's eye as he watched Istar grab a thick sword out of thin air. "Perhaps, some things are better left judged in the aftermath of the battle."

 

Auran stood beside Istar, and as he spoke, his voice was low and gruff behind the mask "Gexln, you side with the Reaper? You know what makes you weak? You dont feel any emotions. Emotions are power, as you will soon see" Auran said as he conjured his mighty sword in front of him. "Get ready to taste redemption! Auran yelled as he ran towards Gexln

 

Gexln shook his head. "Emotions are the reason the human race dies so easily, wallowing in their own self pity while others die around them. To be emotionless is to truly be alive, to truly have power, and to truly be free. I shall show you this strength!" he said as he, in one smooth motion, grabbed Darkness' Sorrow and sprung straight at Auran and swung his blade vertically upwards in an attempt to cut Auran straight down the centre.
