The Age of the Heart

"Hm, looks I actually did get through to one of you." Noroz is calming down, but is still engulfed in the darkness. What the hell?

 

Ada looked at Noroz,her eyes narrowed.
"Are you....ok?"

 

"Bring me to her then, i need to protect her" Auran said as he pullled his sword out of the wall and put it back on his back

Then he looked at Ada and Noroz "Look after Ciexa for me, when she wakes up, tell her whats going on"

 

Nova grinned, "Not all the time will I listen. But Istar has gone too far in this entertainment of his." Nova curled her fist around the hilt of her sword, "Come. It's time Alice regained my power and I got in a shot on that slimy worm." Nova opened a dark corridor and stepped through, beckoning Auran.

Alice dodged Istar's projectiles and rolled away from the giant axe coming down on her head. "What's the matter, can't fight me on your own!?"

 

Auran waved at Noroz and Ada and followed Nova through the dark corridor, one hand on the handle of his sword, the other on his knife. "It's time"

 

"No, Ada. I'm not OK... I don't know what's going on with me...

Nova stopped just before the exit and blinked. Blood started to trickle down her arm. Touching her shoulder lightly, Nova still flinched and pulled her hand away covered in blood, "No....NO! Alice!" Hurrying, Nova pulled Auran with her out of the dark corridor and stopping inside Maleficent's castle.

Alice had failed to dodge a sword and it'd stabbed her in the shoulder. Alice screamed for a long time, fumbling to pull it out of her shoudler, "Ahhh! You've got to be kidding me! NOVA!" Nova dashed into action, deflecting the series of swords heading toward Alice. "Auran, make yourself useful and help Alice!" Her katana moved faster than light and the sound of metal on metal came only after she'd moved away from the sword she'd hit.

 

Auran came back into consiousness as he saw Nova and Alice fighting for their lives, he stood up, and ran, as his blade scrapped along the ground. He threw his knife and swung his blade to stop the one fighting them from hurting them "I will not let you hurt them!!" He roared

 

Istar grabbed one of his blades and blocked Auran's attacks. "Hmph....Alice, who is this?" he asked calmly and Alice could only weakly cry in pain, her hand gripping the serrated blade in her shoulder. Nova ducked and rolled until she was standing next to Auran, "Idiot! I said help Alice! GO! Get that...thing out of her shoulder." She turned and had a brief moment of simple intake of breath as a chain wrapped around her katana and ripped it from her grip.

 

Auran nodded and ran to Alice "Im here Alice..." He said as he quickly took the blade out of Alice's shoulder "I WILL KILL YOU FOR HURTING HER!!" He roared at Istar

 

Alice's body had lifted upward with the blade as Auran pulled it out. Her head now rested on his shoulder. "You shouldn't have...come....Auran, why?"

Nova lithely moved aside as three swords stabbed the air in front of her. "To little to sloooowww!" she dragged out the word slow to mock Istar. He growled and lifted his hand, five different blades twirled around his hand before he made a throwing motion and the blades came spiraling toward Nova.

 

Auran stabbed the sword into the ground "I came because i promised Nova i would protect you, and..." He held Alice in his arms and turned to Nova "Come on Nova, i've seen your power, he doesnt stand a chance!"

 

Alice looked up at him, "And...?"

Nova smiled, her dark blue eyes pure silver. Lifting one hand, the spiraling blades stopped and dropped uselessly to the ground. The air seemed to develop silver lines like cracks in reality. Nova snapped her fingers together and blue electricity covered her arm. She disappeared and reappeared in front of Istar about to punch his face in. Istar grabbed her hand and pulled her close to him, "Nova...you're so beautiful. Why I had to settle for Alice, I'll never understand." Nova's eyes widened in shock.

 

"And... I love you" Auran said. then he looked over at Nova "Crap!! Wait here Alice?" Auran said as he stopped time, pulled out the blade and ran to where Istar had Nova. While time was frozen he cut off the arm holding Nova

 

Alice's eyes widened, "You....you what?" Nova snarled, even as Istar's arm was lobbed off, and shattered Auran's time stop. "You b*stard! How dare you insult my sister!" From her sheath on her hip, her sword returned and she drew it again. "You'll pay.." Istar grinned, glancing at his missing arm. "Is this supposed to slow me down?" Green flames covered the stub and when they faded away, his arm flexed as if it was never missing. "Much better." Nova scraped her sword on the sheath and slid it back into it. "Alice!" Alice pushed herself up, "Istar, your fight is with me...enough games...." She'd lost a lot of blood and her vision wavered.

 

Auran ran towards Alice and helped her "You heard me" He said as he helped her walk "Your in no condition to fight Alice" He said as he looked at her worried

 

Alice used him as her crutch and breathed deeply, "That's a silly reason not to fight. Just because I don't look like I'm in a condition to fight, doesn't mean I can't." She smiled and four delicate transluscent white wings sprouted from her back. "I'll show you what I can do. Nova's not the only one with power." As she spoke, Nova's seven black wings unfolded from her back. "C'mon Alice, we don't have all day." Alice nodded and stood on her tip toes, gently pressing her lips to Auran's.

 

Auran kissed Alice back, and then smiled "Time to use all of my power too" He then looked at Istar "Your time is now!! Fate has decided, your dead!!" He roared as he transformed into Ultima Auran and roared an almighty roar

 

Alice forgot her wound and summoned her Keyblade. "Nova!" Nova unsheathed her long katana, "Alice! For Ciel!" Nova and Alice moved as one as they melded together. Alice kept her body, though Nova's hair mixed with Alice's and made an interesting silver color. One eye was golden and the other was silver. Nova's seven black wings protected one of Alice's white wings. Alice and Nova's weapon had a Keyblade hilt and the blade itself was still Key with the exception of the katana protruding from the tip of the Key. "Your life is ours!" Nova/Alice dashed forward and stabbed Istar even through his hand trying to block her weapon.
