The Age of the Heart

"Huh"said Ada.
"And anyway....Noroz doesnt care for me. Why should he? Its not like I have a heart."

 

"He does care for you, why else would he go to all that trouble just to protect you? he was telling me about how he was looking for someone, someone to be a part of his life, and for him to protect them, then you came alomg, and i saw the gleam in his eye" Auran said calmly

 

"But Im nothing" said Ada in a soft voice.
"Never have been. Never will be."

 

"You will always be something, and in Noroz's eyes, your everything" Auran said, as he looked at Ada, then looked up at the sky

 

Ada sat down on the ground,and sighed.
"I wish".
She looked over at the street,and gasped.
"Over there!" she yelled,standing up.

 

"its true.... What is it?" Auran asked as he looked at her Ada was looking

 

"Theres a massive heartless over there"
Ada pointed at it.
"And its attacking those kids".

 

"Damn! quick what are we waiting for?? Auran said as he jumped up, summoned his blade and ran over in the direction of the heartless

 

Ada watched him run off. She felt uneasy about this for some reason but...
"Wait up!" she called as she ran after him,swords out

 

Auran reached the heartless, just as he grew his wings and horns again "i might need these" He said as he ran at the heartless, sword raised, and roared a mighty battle roar

 

Ada ran behind,and ducked under the heartless`s outstreached claws to try and reach the children.
"Come on!" Ada called to them. "Run!"

 

Auran flew into the air and slashed at the heartless, using all his force in each hit "Get the children out of here!" He said to Ada

 

Ada grabbed them and started running.
But.
They wouldnt come with her.
"Come on" she yelled,trying to drag them.

 

"I said get them out of here" Auran yelled as he dodged the heartless's claws, and slashed at its arms

 

"And Im trying!" said Ada,pulling the kids.
Then one of them suddenly,with un-natural strenght,lifted her up and threw her at the heartless.

"What the...?" Auran said as he saw Ada get throwm by one of the kids, then he flew over and caught her "We need to get the hell out of here!" He said

 

"Run!" yelled Ada,as one of the kids took out a spear.

 

"Damn!!" Auran said as he flew far away from there, and sat him and Ada on top of a building "What the hell?" He asked

 

"I knew there was something wrong!" said Ada,angry at herself.
"No wonder the whole thing felt off!"

 

"Dont worry, at least we got outta there alive" Auran said, as he sat down panting
