The Age of the Heart

Ada looks at him,her eyes dark.
"Lets just say....Ive been alone,fending for myself,since I was 7 years old. Ive been hurt,almost killed,lost my heart,and beaten more times than I can count...Ive had people chase me,learnt to steal,leart to kill before I was 10."
She breaks off mid-sentence and turns away.

 

Noroz stops and turns around. "Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore, I'll protect you."

 

Ada slowly turns around,and looks at him,nervous hope in her eyes,yet also the fear that he is lying.

 

"Don't worry, I'm done looking. All I have to do now is to destroy the darkness."

 

Ada looked at him,and smiled.
"Thats what Im good at"

 

Noroz walked over to Ada. "Let's get going."

 

ooc: What world is everybody in?

 

OOC: I think it's an original world, or something. and I have made an OOC thread in the OOC forums ;)

bic: Alice dropped from what seemed like the sky in front of Noroz and Ada. She groaned and quickly rolled to her back, staring up at the sky, "No...no, no, no! Move, Alice, move!" she spoke to herself and flipped to her feet, barely dodging a dark Keyblade that slammed into the ground where her head had been.

A black coated woman cursed as she missed her blonde target. Yanking the Keyblade from the ground and taking a few steps backwards, she scowled and flicked back her hood to see better. "What are you waiting for? An invitation?"

 

"Get Back," Noroz whispered to Ada.
"What the hell are you doing?" Noroz asked in a loud but calm voice.

 

The coated woman rolled her eyes and snorted, and unattractive noise, "What does it look like? We're settling this, here and now!"

Alice smiled at Noroz, Hiya, what's your name?" she glanced at the other woman and scowled, "Hush, Xenree. That's rude." Xenree fumed silently and her Keyblade disappeared before she took off in the direction of what she felt as the power of other people. Alice frowned as Xenree fled and turned her attention back to Noroz.

 

"Why do you two fight each other?" Noroz asks. "There's no need to fight anyone but the heartless." Noroz is standing in front of Ada.

 

Alice waved away his question, "Heartless...something I vowed to never let destroy the worlds and look how good I am at it." she sighed and brushed back her white blonde hair, "Um, well, you could say we fight because she's....evil? I dunno, it's the way of Nobodies and Keyblade Masters. When you've been around as long as I have, you learn to treat almost everyone, even if they have a Keyblade, like an enemy." Alice's hazel eyes turned dark as she sat down on the ground.

 

"That's gotta be one of the most ******ed reasonings I have ever heard." Noroz is still standing in front of Ada, not flinching. "Not everyone is an enemy, even the nobodies need the light, why would you kill a soldier fighting for your cause?"

 

Alice stared up at him before bursting out in laughter, "A soldier fighting for our cause?! Oh, that's rich! Xenree is not a soldier of the light. She chooses darkness and thus must be eradicated from the universe." Alice acted less like a Keyblade Elder and more like a child. Regaining her composure she stood and held her hand out to him, "I'm Alice. An Elder Keyblade Master. But call me Alice! And you are?"

 

Noroz ignores her hand. "My friends call me Noroz. You can call me N."

 

Alice sighed, "Alright, N. Sounds so mysterious. Hey, I don't mean to be on the wrong foot starting out here, but Xenree....she and I have been at it since I met her. I tried to be friendly, but she insists violence is the answer for everything. You'd understand if you spoke with her for a while." Alice turned away and surveyed the area for her runaway opponent.

 

"I'll talk to her. If it comes down to it, I'll force her to realize she's on the wrong side." Noroz looks back at Ada.
"We're on our way to find someone. Excuse us."

 

Alice stepped aside, "Alrighty then. I'll see you around. IF you do see Xenree...just...don't die alright? She's a lot tougher than she looks."

 

"So am I," Noroz replied.
