The Age of the Heart

Auran growled and jumped up in the air as his wings sprouted, "Mithos if i die you are without a body, lend me some of your strength!" He said as he swooped down and picked up the girl, keeping her safe

 

Mithos groaned, "Oh so now you want some of my strength. But do you ever listen to me when I say anything? Hell no! It's one guy. What's the problem?"

The white haired boy growled, yanking his sword out of the ground. "Stop running and fight me! Not to mention talking to yourself is not cool, bro." He chuckled and twirled his sword so the blade pressed against his back, "Goddess Etraine, lend me your wings!" He sprouted black feathered wings and launched himself up after Auran.

Raina squeaked when Auran picked her up, "Oh my...please, make the contract now. You will have the strength to fight him fairly."

 

The other Docyx smirked evilly. "I am the deepest and blackest darkness in his heart." The copy says pointing at Docyx still being carried by Moth. "Well you are not welcome here then. Go away." Moth says sternly fixing the copy in her darkest gaze.

 

Auran looked puzzled, "So ontop of having a God inhabiting my body, i have to make some contract that i know nothing about nor how to do it?! Bloody great..." He said as he flew higher to get away from the boy

 

Raina looked confused. Shaking her head she set a hand on Auran's forehead, "Promise me you'll remain my knight until I no longer need you. You'll serve the light. All you need do is promise me and you will have your desire."

Mithos mentally rolled his eyes, "Wishes... And I'm not INHABITING! I'm going to be taking over!" he growled and let loose bursts of light from Auran's finger tips, scoring across the white haired boy's body as he dodged deftly. "C'mon...let me do the jumping and runnin' around for a while! I'll beat this kid with one hand behind my back!"

 

Auran thought about it for a second and nodded, "Okay, i promise i will be your knight" He said loudly

 

Raina smiled sweetly and kissed his forehead. "Fight well, my Knight."

The white haired boy landed for a breif moment, twirling his sword in his hand, "Tch...so you've become a Goddess Warrior...it matters not. I will still defeat you! For Goddess Etraine!" He launched himself after Auran again, without his wings and Mithos examined his fingernails of Auran's body, "Is it just me...or since she kissed you does that kid move slower?" The boy did indeed move slower. Auran would be able to keep up with the subtle movements of Ryuu.

 

Auran looked, "I guess so, we shall fight then" He said as he launched himself at Ryuu, slicing his sword through the air at him, aiming for Ryuu's chest

 

Ryuu lifted his sword to block and connected with Auran. "Huh...." He pushed off Auran and landed solidly on his feet on the ground. Sheathing his sword, Ryuu yawned, "Drats...and I was getting into it too. Ah well...I'll see you around, newbie. I haven't slept in days...you've no idea how trying my job is. By the way...I'm Ryuu Tsukiyomi. I'd say nice ta meet'cha, but...it's really not." He peered up at the sky and rubbed his eyes. "I'm off the clock now...so do whatever you want. Oh, don't be stopping by my folk's shop. I'm no nicer than I am now."

Mithos gaped openly at Ryuu's retreating form. "What the hell was that?! That kid...gave his name and practically told you where he lives. And all in one move he countered and abandoned a fight!"

 

Auran shook his head, "Why does it matter? No one is hurt." He said to Mithos as he flew to the ground, and retracted his wings, putting the young girl on the ground

 

Mithos grumbled and Raina smiled again. "Thank you. I am Goddess Raina of the Light. That boy was Ryuu Tsukiyomi...Goddess Warrior of Darkness. He serves my sister, Goddess Etraine of the Darkness. What's your name, young Knight?"

 

Auran sheathed his greatsword, "I am Auran, i dont think you'd call me human, for i have been many things, now i guess i am a winged Knight that serves you?" He said and then added quickly, "Ill let Mithos introduce himself"

 

Mithos shoved his way rudely to the front of Auran's mind. "Mithos Yggdrassiel...so you're a Goddess huh? I used to be a God in the world of Amee. " Raina rubbed her arms and sighed, "So I get two warriors for the price of one. How fortunate for me. Oh...but you appear quite human to me. My own mortal form takes away from the radiance of my true form. But it's not...socially acceptable for me to appear in these worlds like that."

 

Auran spoke again, pushing Mithos back into the back of his head, "i have been a Nobody, for i was brainwashed, i have been a Demon, an Assasin and a Warrior for..." And with that he looked at the sky as thoughts of Alice ran through his head

 

Raina touched the center of his forehead and twirled around him, "You are distracted by thoughts of that woman that left. If you are distracted too often, Ryuu will come back. You must be focused and careful."

Mithos growled, "Stupid woman sure is full of herself. That Ryuu guy wouldn't stand a chance. He was just lucky the first time we met. Seriously...stop thinking about that dumb Lladrannan woman. She doesn't matter anymore."

 

Auran stepped away and said something in Greek "είμαστε η ανίερη" As he closed his eyes


OOC: είμαστε η ανίερη means "We are the unholy" My bad its Greek not Latin

 

Mithos' face ws bland, "Errr...what?"

Raina frowned, her golden eyes darkening in sorrow. Non mihi miles stare sancti Luce. She smiled, "There's no reason to say such things, you see? I like you just the way you are. You're perfect as you are. My perfect Goddess Warrior."

 

Auran smiled, but quickly hid his smile, "Mithos you are a God yet you do not speak Latin? And Raina, perfection is an illusion, but more importantly, how did you find me?" He asked, looking to the sky once more

 

Mithos grumbled and retreated further into the recesses of Auran's mind. "Shut up..."

Raina lifted a delicate white hand to the sky, "I've been watching you. For a little while at least. I lost my last Goddess Warrior to Ryuu a few years ago. Thus to continue along my life here, I needed a new warrior. You...were the complete opposite of my dearest Warriors."

 

Auran paused for a moment, "What do you mean by 'the opposite' of them?" He asked Raina
