Wow that's quite an OC. And I guess I'll start reworking on mine.

    Username:
    Name: Andrew
    Age: 19
    Appearance: http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd126/Firekeyblade/Brownhairboy.jpg
    Affinity: (Only ONE allowed) Earth
Bio: Andrew had been staying at the orphanage for quite some time as well. Just like all the others his family had been killed in cold blood and he desired to just do something about it. Seeing his family murdered sort of rendered him into an emotionless state. His harbored hatred for them made him sort of head the rebellion at the orphanage. Jellal was his right hand man and buddy. When he turned 18 he left the orphanage, restless to do something about the inner fear he had. He wanted to feel something other than hatred or fear. He wanted to feel alive and happy for once. Once he left, the first thing he wanted to do was to cause some chaos and destruction for the humans he so despised. Andrew rampaged through towns, causing earthquakes and laying destruction of buildings all around. It was so easy. Make the ground unstable and the soldiers can't even shoot. It was so enjoyable. He laughed for the first time in ages. THis was fun. It was then he heard a shout to stop. Who would dare ruin his fun? They would pay for that. It was then he caught a rock flying at him by controlling it and stopping it before hitting him. The source was a boy. He was crying. Andrew could see his parents' bloodied bodies nearby. The child was probably no older than he was when his own parents were killed. And now he had done the same to this boy. Instantly, Andrew dropped any earth that he was about to use to crush more things. The next rock missed. The rock after that whizzed by. The one after that hit him square on the head. But Andrew was too numbed by his realization to care. Revenge wasn't the answer. That was for sure. And now he had to go back to the orphanage to tell Jellal. No doubt Jellal was now like him before he realized what he had done.
Other: Despite having an affinity for earth, Andrew can have quite the temper, rivalling those of a fire affinity's. He's turned into more of a gentle person since then. He doesn't know the fate of the boy since he just sort of sunk into the ground and disappeared reappearing somewhere else to get away from that town.

    Updated.

Soo, everyone wants to into town and pretend to fit in? Hmm, well I'll admit when I first saw you're plan I didn't know how to react to it so I did a cop out by asking everybody. Though, now I think about it I'm not sure. The problem I see is, it'll be good at first when we're trying to get our characters in but then we'll get bored of them going about everyday life, attempting to be normal - unable to use their power. I can see this resulting in either the thread dieing or someone getting them caught to spice it up and they're back on the run again.

I think I prefer going for the safe place as we can have them fight and whatever in the struggle to get there, then when we're there we can use it as a base of operations. The group might split in two to go against eachother or we bring in the proper bad guys, causing the group to band together to fight while still bickering between themselves in the mean time. We can also have them maybe go into towns pretending to be normal as well to earn money.

Anyway, I left it up to you guys so I'll go with whatever you decide and it's looks like you've choosen. I wouldn't know how to change the descision now.

Actually, I was hoping for some trouble to happen. FireKeyBlade actually had a good idea to split us all up... *ahem*continueplotthere*ahem*. And even if the character's did pretend to be in the town/city, there could still be an advancement in plot by rousing a civil war or some such. Or, create some evil wizard/witch revolutionaries causing trouble, thus forcing the orphans to fight them WITH the military and so on and so forth. You can do a lot with this idea. The whole thing about the story is to have everything "perfect" to fall apart before their very eyes. After all, in every equation is a variable ;)

(This said and done... I have a very good idea about the evil air guy... if Midnight would like to discuss this via PM?)

Edit: There you go, Midnight. I gave you infinite options to continue the story in my post ^^

    (I hope...)

Edit 2: I just realized, now that I am fully awake and aware, I totally misread Midnight's post and repeated what she said, as well as being a tad bit condescending... I apologize x.x

    Hmm...

Okay, Rienzel, the evil air guy was exactly who I had in mind when I said bring in a proper bad guy.

But no, I'm not sure I want a civil war/fighting with Military just yet. In my opinion the best rp fights happen when there are people playing both sides of the battle. Characters that nobody/everybody controls like the military make it quite confusing and often causes plot holes. This is why I liked it when we seperated from the rest of the orphanage earlier. Personally, I'd prefer it if we had a Witch/Wizards vs Witch/Wizards. At the same time trying to keep the secret from everyone else. If we go into town, there is no way it's going to remain a secret. It's a shame that mansion is so far away from the town. In my opinion that would make an excellent home for them while they're going into town to work. We have a lot more freedom with what we can do with it and it's secluded so they can return and use their powers.

    Oh and PM away. ^,^

Whoakay should've read this sooner. See if you want, we could stop by Nobody's village and trek on to the safe place before possibly moving on to a nearer town to the safe place or just stay there. Would that work?

That was my plan in the first place. But I don't think I've made my post all that comprehensible, though x.x

Edit: I'm not entirely sure whether or not to write a bio for Windy-McGee, but he's pretty much done. But... after reviewing him over, he's more or less "Primary Antagonist" material x.x

Edit 2: Also, I am tempted to make three other Affinities... (Fire, Earth, and Water)

Sorry, I've been busy. I'll reply to that pm in due time.

If you can't already guess, I'm a big fan of the go to safe place and then use it as a base/home while intergratting into the city. But you seem to have already ruled out the mansion :( so, ah well.

However, I'll be arkward and need to point out a few problems.
    1. Half the charas are of school age - too young to get a job.
    2. Do you expect them to waltz straight in and have jobs automatically? That's not how it works usually, they'll have to apply and interveiws and shizz.
    3. At least at the start they won't be able to afford rent.

    You get what I mean?

And hold back with the millions of charas please. Maybe later in the rp. Though I still think I might impost a maximum character number.

Ack, I apologize. The mansion keeps slipping from my mind for some reason.

As for the jobs... I kinda figured that since it's a different time, the age limit would change. I also don't think they'll automatically get a job as soon as they walk in. I also stated that they could find an abandoned warehouse to live in, thus voiding the rent issue. Otherwise, yes, I do get what you mean.

lol, will do. I'm only making them for fun. I'm not going to post them... unless requested '>.>

    Ah well...

Okay so to be clear. We can seriously do both sort of. So first off, we'll stop by Jo's village just to rest up better and stock on supplies and she can do whatever backstory thing she wants to do for her character. Then we trek to the lodge place and then hang out there for a time and decide what to do next and where to try to integrate. Sound good?

The plan aside, what about Feenie? I think we should at least wait for her to post before we bother jumping into anymore plot-altering scenarios.

Since Midnight said I should post a little bit about my wierdo plan about Jo's village, I guess this is that... I'm not feeling so hot right now...

So I'd appreciate not to jump through the village so quickly as the plan is to provide an opportunity for team bonding. Inside the village the people don't know Jo since all the original people died, but the left a record of Jo's actions and Igneel and the cave. The villagers uphold a religious custom to offer a human sacrifice to the cave and what lies inside. Basically they're terrified of the cave and will always warn everyone not to go near the cave. Later on once Jo goes inside the cave for a while, I'd like it if everyone would play on the curiosity factor for a team bonding moment.

Should be a good bonding moment.
