Plus he died from the Kyuubi Sealing and him coming back would be kinda of a dumb idea i think, but thats my opinion

plus if you've read furthur on in the manga you see the outline of the leader and it doesn't look like him

 

I see flaws. First, nothing has been confirmed whether he is or isnt the leader of Akastuki. I highly doubt you know everything ^_^

About Yondaime being Narutos father, I'm leaning towards the fact that he is. When he signs the toad scroll, the name before him reads:

Some name with a T (I forgot what it was) Uzamaki.

Plus the fourth could summons the toads & Gamabunta as seen in episode 1.

EDIT: Forgot to say this, I think Yondaime isnt the Leader of Akastuki. But I believe he is the father of Naruto.

EDIT AGAIN: The writing on the scroll IS Japanese, but it has been translated.

 

The picture that shows that Yondaime is the leader of Akatsuki was a fake. It was a mix of older images from Photoshop. Plus, Naruto didn't know the 4th Hokage...I think.

 

Oh dear lord, anyone who saw that should have known that was fake. It was clearly fake, it was obvious.

idk about proof but what i do know is the 4th did die...or so u believe. thats becuz he changed over time and maybe he changed his appeance
