I don not believe that it would be a big problem whether anyone finds out about sex, you make it seem like it is unnatural, but sex is a normal instinct for any creatur, every creature mates, and taking away sex comletley to the public is not a good idea, since if you don't teach children about sexually transmitted diseases and other problems with sex, its like saying don't do this, but without saying why you can't do it you see no harm in it. Not a good idea to take it away, matbe tone it down but it won't help in anyway.

Nasty Fantasies? Your telling me you don't have any sexual fantasies at all, everyone has one, even if your noyt willing to admit it.

I would not believe this to be true, because if you hide more sex then children want to find out more about it, And in turn become obsesed with something because they can't have it. Everyone is sexually obssesed because it is instinct to mate with someone, its just depends if people can control it at a certain degree.

What I'm saying is it not really natural any more. You know, I hate seeing people abuse sex. Sex is for people to have children, not just for pleasure. That's the gross part. Now, whenever you talk to someone about sex, it's like, "Yeah, I just had sex with a really hot guy/girl last night." I mean, that's not what sex is all about. But, some people see it as fun...-_-

 

You know, often when something in society is downplayed, put down, mocked, told that it is evil and horrible, and you aren't supposed to do it...often it becomes more intriguing. You will get people who have obsessive personalities to grip onto it more. And teens always want to do things 'adults' do. The best thing to do is to be aware sex is going to happen. Develop in a teen their own opinions towards it and give them the truth. For far too long people try to scare teens with sex and drugs etc and in the mean time, LIE to them. You can, as a respectable parent, teach teens to use protection, try to abstain from sex if they can, and familiarize themselves with the signs of STDs they should know out front because no one usually wants to become sick. That blister above someone's lip, that weird dripping from someone's rooster, the bumps around the groin area, the blemishes on skin etc. It is simply ridiculous that people feel they should lock their kids away from reality. How about giving them the information and what you strongly suggest, and if something happens, say you'll be there? Sometimes I wonder if parents aren't the ones who need the reality check more than teens.

 

Yeah, I feel bad for those kids who are shut up like toys.

I also feel terrible for the people/children who have been sexually assualted. That's what I meant with people 'abusing' sex by doing things like that to people. Even though I can't stop it, it's still horrid to hear.

 

Huans are the only mammals to take pleasure in sex, it would not seem un-natural for urges to be stronger in us then in other animals, and for the people who are assualted like I said before, everyone is sexually obessed but at different degrees that you can control them.

 

I know that. I know people have sexual urges, it's all part of the 'human' cycle thing. When I meant people abusing sex, I meant that rape is not all out of the sexual desire thing. It is said that most reasearchers think that rape is more out of control then fulfilling sexual desires. So, that kind of basically is abusing sex right there by hurting someone just to control them.

 

yea, i think that sex is nasty as well. i heard that girls sometimes bleed out of their va**na after sex. i think it should be taken off as well but that's just me, i personally know ppl who actually fantasize about sex and like watching it.

Well, maybe they just don't understand you. It may seem like you're parents act like they think you don't know anything, but really, they may be protecting you from doing things they know aren't safe. My parents really didn't have any sex and they still had me, and it hasn't effected me in anyway. I feel like if my mind was filled with thoughts of sex 90% of the time, then I wouldn't be able to do anything. If I was like those girls who gawk everytime at some guy who walks up the street, I'd be naive and immature. I feel men hold me back in a lot of things. I wouldn't mind having a relationship, but men these days don't respect women like they used to. Women are now they're personal 'sex toys', and I don't want to be held back by some ignorant man who only cares about my breasts and butt. A relationship does not build by how 'hot' your husband is or how 'sexy' your wife is, but more on if you love, understand, and have something in common with you're partner. But, most people don't do this anymore. All anyone cares about is how beautiful I am, and I don't want to be seen that way. If I want to have a relationship, I don't want to date someone because they like the way I look, but more because I understand them and love them in a way that doesn't require sex.

 

My parents tell me I have responsibilities and believe I don't know how to fix a computer when I am being comtinually taught not to mention i;m the scapegoat for any problem, they blame it strsight on me!

I can control my hormones better than most peoplemainly because I don't see any point trying to look at a girls who only knows about how to put on make-up, I'd want a relationshp with someone who has a brain, someone to talk to, I don't care about looks, age or if they are disabled, as long as we both care about the other one, then nohting could change my mind. But now-a-days you find people who are to concerned about their apperance more than anything else. And its not easy being a guy trying to go out with a woman, you do one thing wrong they leave you, report you for something you didn't do or tell other girls that i'm a heartless idiot.

 

I agree with you. People always expect me to be someone haughty and stuck-up and treat me terribly before they even get to know me. The people that don't seem to curious and annoying. I can't say anything to anyone because they go, "Oh my gosh, what's wrong with you?" And hate me for the rest of eternity. I just wish people would GROW-UP at least in one point of their lives and stop being so freakin' stupid.

This is incorrect. Bonobos, which are a type of chimpanzee, also have sex, experiment and sex actually seems to keep them rather docile. They also will have sexual activities with same-sex partners. Females basically run their societal groups. Bonobos will even have sex face to face. There are other apes that do seem to also have pleasure in sex and also settle disputes but none so much as the Bonobo. The orangutan, chimpanzee and gorilla are amongst these.

Another animal that is known to have sex for pleasure is the dolphin. They play and also socialize, doing sexual activities for fun.

On another note, it can be assumed, that whether an animal is having sex because nature is making them want it or not, most animals seem to have pleasure having sex. The above two examples are of animals that do have sex even when not in 'heat' times and it is used for social purposes.

Men and women don't have much respect for one another, and really that has been the case for a long time; not just recently. In the past, women were either idolized or treated rotten. It's a sad thing but some men won't take women so seriously in a job and some women help egg this treatment on because they act like they can do no labor tasks or think. They make bad names for other women. Also, chauvinists and feminists don't help either. They are the extremes and most people really do lie somewhere between them. About the only thing men and women can't do that the other can is down to sex issues.

Everyone though looks at aesthetics. It's part of the package. Animals in nature do it too. However, it should not and many times is not the reason why people will get married or have a serious relationship. Most people who are mature enough to want to get married know that you are both going to get old and wrinkly and look like crap any way together. Those who don't live in dream land and shouldn't bother doing such a thing. There are men out there too who want a real relationship and don't have to stare at porn all day and compare women to their favorite porno stars they jerk off too. You just need to look for the 'real' men out there, same as 'real men' need to look for the 'real women'. It may take more time, especially if you are young because people want to play games then and experiment, but if you hold out, it will happen. If it was not true, so many people would not complain about not being taken seriously, not finding someone who has qualities they admire over appearance etc. It's just a matter of these men and women finding each other through the sea of sludge around.
