I've almost platted the game, everything in it's amazing. Though i don't agree with you all thinking the VA's are weak, they're actually all top notch. The worst one is Milla, and that's because Minae Noij isn't experience in Voice acting, since the only thing she did was be a main character in the soap opera General Hospital. Jude's VA is really great, he's the same one that did Flynn's voice in Tales of Vesperia. But yeah, Tales of Xillia is really freaking good.

I agree that the voices are good for most characters. Its Jude that just bothers me. It worked for Flynn. It sounded nice. It just doesn't really work for Jude. Perhaps its just personal opinion. Definitely one of those games I hope goes onto the PS3 Network. I want to actually experience the entire game for myself.

I'm positive it will be on the PSN Store since Graces was on the store as well.

Btw, I finished the game. Here's my STRONG opinion. I recommend playing as Jude first. If you play as Milla, you will get confused my some of the major points in the plot until you reach the end of the game.

I've been told the same thing if you play the Jude side first. I believe its you'll have to play both to completely understand the story for the game and understand all the characters. Who was your favorite character? So far mine is Leia just because of her entire sweet personality.

Would you guys recommend this game? What does it bring that's unique to the Tales of series?

I really recommend this game out there fr those into JRPGs and Tales games. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything that's very unique it brings except the leveling system. It's pretty neat how you want to level your character and stuff).

Length wise, there's a good 20+ hours to get through the whole game 40+ hours since you have to play both sides to get the whole story.

My only complaint in this game is that they don't focus enough on the other characters very much. About 80% of the game revolves around Jude and Milla (Maybe Alvin a little). This makes the other companions really undershadowed. In my opinion, I think Leia suffers from this the most.

I'm stuck between Rowan and Elise. Rowan because he's just a badass and awesome. Elise because she's adorable and Teepo as a great comedy relief.

I'll disagree with the doesn't bring anything unique other than the leveling system. You don't really choose how you wanna level your character, i mean yeah you can pick what you want first, but when you hit max level the whole Lilium orb is going to be completed sooo it's all really moot towards the end. The battle mechanics is the unique part with the whole linking with other characters and having chain arts and how the AI reacts to how you play. pretty well thought out, Though this is all made 5 times better in Tales of Xillia 2.

And i'll agree with the starting Jude first....there's a lot of confusion when you play Milla first.

The game does indeed revolve around Jude, Milla, and Alvin a lot. And Leia does suffer from the story the most if you don't do sub quests. There's a big thing with Leia and Agria through out most of Jude's side. Elize has a decent amount in the story and so does Rowen. Rowen more so in sub quests.

I do recommend this game to all Tales of and JRPG fans, The story is really good, and the gameplay is just amazing. Only complaint i have on it is that it's a really easy plat.

OH AND JUST FOR ALL YOU COSTUME WHORES OUT THERE.....Namco is releasing some more costumes on psn on the 20th.
