"Finally!" Aiden Shouted. He had become slightly irritable that through no fault of anyone other than that of his own busy schedule and lack of full-time internet access, he had missed multiple turns. "Better get back into character." He mumbled. Aiden jumped down from the tree, not at all happy his fears about the mayor had come true. He was also less than thrilled with how Kain had chosen to make his entrance. "A cowards Tactic." He thought as he charged his energy. With his bow ready, he pulled back and aimed for Kain's seemingly large head. He released his energy into the arrow, and let it fly.

Mist slowly felt some energy come back into her but it just wasn't enough. She charged at him with another basic attack.

Rowan was up to attack. He considered using another fireball but decided against it. In the event Kain started charging up another spell, he'd need his TP. So he simply ran toward him and performed a sweeping attack at his legs with the staff in his hands.

Skadi could feel her magical energy reserves running low, which would mean she would only have enough for perhaps one more spell. If I falter here, nothing will ever change, she thought to herself. It was now or never. Focusing intesely, Skadi focused all of her remaining magical energy into one more devastating fireball and sent it rocketing towards Kain.

The blows hit strong. He kept being hit with every single ounce of strength from the Warriors. Kain flinched before making another attack. If he kept going now, it would be the end for him. He sighed as he looked out to the fighters. "It seems you have beat me. But do know the path to darkness won't end with my defeat. We will enter the new realm and claim out prize." Kain grabbed some smoke bombs, threw them to the floor, and once the smoke cleared out, he vanished completely from the group.

Kessha sighed in relief that no one was too injured. She ran to the fighters and began to sing a hymn. A glowing aura surrounded her as she sang. Soon, beams of purifying light surrounded the fighters. All injuries had been cured and their stamina had been regained. "I pray that he did not harm any of you too much. Please accept my blessing to your wounds." She turned away to look at the mayor who had sold them out. "I understand why you did this. You wished to protect your people, your friends, your family. There is no true dark intentions."

The mayor fell to his knees, tears running from his eyes. "I-I am so sorry Lady Mystic. I didn't want harm to be bestowed upon any of them."

"I will see what I can do with the others about your village. For now though, it would be best if you could have faith in us and out cause." She leaned down and kissed his head.

The man who had spoken previously had come to talk with the others while the Mayor was being dealt with. "I apologize for these events. I am just glad you all are safe. Please rest for the night while we wait for the others to arrive. Tomorrow morning, we send you all off." He spoke in a low voice. A voice only spoken when a tragic event had occurred. He walked away to his tent.

Takeru watched only in silence as Kain left the battlefield via smoke bombs, he didn't get injured in the battle not to his amazement,, you had to be nimble and accurate with Knives as well as a sword to carry, he supposed he should owe it all to his training and his parents, the prayer hymn moving to restore those who were tired out or injured, he didn't require any of this, personally due to the fact he was used to it and the mayor was forgiven of what he done and apologizing for the trouble.

"That remains to be seen, people's minds change ever so quickly." his thoughts spoken, then again, the people trusted in their own military and not in the vagabonds from different villages, he also heard more people were yet to arrive, possibly due to their point of origin were further away than anyone else here, he handed Mist back her own sword wordlessly and went to retrieve his knives before placing them in a specialized pouch on his person.

"Also, there is the fact I'll be working with these people instead of alone, or being spilt into groups, if so, I wonder who my companions would be and if I'll find a worthy candidate to serve under." Takeru's thoughts processed this quietly.

What a lovely morning it was. Really just like any other beforehand. He was skipping along off to his new fun filled career of murdering literally everything that had a pulse and was deemed an enemy. Wars were really lovely, that they were. Somewhere in his merriment off to his new pastime he forgot exactly where it was he was going. He stopped for a second to try and recollect what exactly the place was called so he could be sure he wasn't going to the complete wrong place. What was it, the village in the desert? Wait that made no sense, this was a lush rural area, bounding with life all around and the sweet smell of predator and prey. Regardless of whatever the name might've been he decided to keep trudging through the plains he was in.

That's when it hit him like a large bear paw to the back...literally. He was sent forward by a large bear that somehow managed to sneak up on him. While in any normal persons case they might have actually cursed at the bear, Sol was by no means normal. He started to break out in some form of crazy laughter. He was absolutely enjoying this. He got up and faced his new found foe. It was a deadly...wolf bear. More deadly than any regular bear and more awkward looking than most monsters. Like seriously what was wrong with nature when it made this weird hybrid animal. Regardless of his own personal opinions on the foe itself, it was a foe...that hit him, that just wanted to die. "Alright then big guy," he said whilst chuckling, "bring it on." He drew his jian and pointed it towards the wolf bear who got on all fours and pounced at him. Sol ran towards it, slid underneath the pouncing carnivore and slash at his underbelly. The freak of nature let out a roar and Sol just started laughing with an ever increasing smile. "Yeah that's right, let's hear more of that." The wolf bear looked angry and this time charged Sol. He quickly ran up to it and jumped over the wolf bear, slashing it ever so slightly when he was above it. It quickly turned itself and body checked Sol before he could land. He rolled across the ground before standing back up. Pain coursed throughout his body but he only laughed at it, seemingly enjoying it. Swaying back and forth he waited for the predators next move on him. It got in his face and started swinging its paw claws at him and that's when Sol made his move. He swiftly dodged the direction of the swiping paw, ducking under it, and slashed the limb. The wolf bear roared again but it was cut short this time as the wolf bear was...cut short. It started bleeding from a newly made wound on it's neck with a giddy Sol looking at it as it died. Once the wolf bear stopped moving, he sighed. The fun was over. Now it was just boring regular walking. But regardless he decided to keep moving on to his destination. The village of...well he'd remember the name later.

Rachelle walked out of her village, head held high. She was about to set off on a trip, one that would hopefully result in keeping her little sister safe. She was a little late setting off, but she had to make sure her sister was taken care of before she could go anywhere. It was just the two of them now and it was hard enough leaving her sister. She needed to ensure she was in good hands before she left. It was hard to see the pain behind the prideful face that Rachelle put on. This was the first time leaving her sister since their parents passed on. No one in her town thought of her as much more as the local trouble maker, they just saw the crap she would cause around town and never bothered to look deeper. Inside there was a hurting soul. But she couldn't show it, she had to stay strong for her sisters sake. She refused to cry. Not even at her parents funeral did she shed a tear, instead she stayed strong enough for both her and her sister. But with the war as a threat, it was time for her to do more then act strong for the both of them, she had to outright protect her sister.

Rachelle took a deep breath as she took the first step out and started on her journey. She gripped her sword tight in hand, the road ahead of them would not be easy but she had to be quick. There was a group already out that she was planning to meet up with... or catch up with as it was. She turned to her best friend who was coming a long for the trip "I hope you are ready for what is coming." She commented looking ahead at a small pack of wolves.

Rachelle gripped her sword tighter as she continued walking forward not waiting for her friends response. Her was quickly turned into a jog, then a sprint as her vision focused in on the wolves. She brought her sword up and once close enough, launched herself at the wolves. She immediately started by slashing one down the side before turning around and stabbing another in the back. They where both still alive but quite weakened, but there was more then two wolves to deal with here. Standing there surrounded by wolves, Rachelles adrenaline began to pump, she could hear her heart beating in her ear, and her hands where sweating. But this was just the beginning, she was merely getting warmed up. A wolf swiped at her and she jumped up doing a back flip out of the way, once out of the way it was time to go back on offence. She stabbed one in the chest and flung it at another one. The one she stabbed died, but the other one was trying to push his friend off him, and he didn't look happy about it. Rachelles mind was darting from one wolf to another, too many to focus on at once, it was almost making her dizzy. Before this she trained herself and was never put in a situation like this. It was overwhelming for her. That is when an image of her sisters bright shining face popped into her head. She had to finish this.

    And so it begins...

Walking out of the town, the young girl skipped next to her friend, happy and free as a bird at last. Elisa, the one with the bright pink hair, was the happy one. She was competitive, and really tried her hardest to support her best friend Rachelle with her little sister.

"I hope you are ready for what is coming."

Elisa looked at her friend, then at the pack of wolves. This was just too perfect. "Are you kidding? I've been looking forward to this for ages! As soon as we come back, people will see us as heroes!" she said excitedly. It was true. Most people didn't think too much of them. Elisa came from money, sure, but most people thought her dumb because of this. Then there was Rachelle. A lot of people saw her as Elisa's troublemaking friend, when in reality, they had no idea what kind of person Rachelle was.

When confronting the wolves, Elisa decided that they'd be a breeze. None of her magic would be needed, so she'd just whack them. It was kinda funny, especially because it was working.

After a couple minutes, Elisa turned to her friend. "Falling behind yet? I've already taken down about five wolves!" she called. They could die, sure, but what was the point of dying without coming out on top?

Suddenly, a wolf charged at her, and Elisa clocked it on the side of the head. She heard a loud crack that indicated the wolf's skull had broken. Success.

Morning had dawned across the City. The flowers swayed to the early morning winds. Petals flew across the sky. A sign of a new beginning. The journey for the Warrior's would begin today. What the other details were would be discovered as well. The sun had finally reached the point where mostly everyone would be awake.

Kessha stood on the stage in front of the Warriors. She breathed in the fresh air. Her hand branched out to the sky as some leaves slid across her delicate hands. Looking out to the people she began to speak. "Today we set off to both the Guardian Core and the Knights Institution. However, the journey will involve us going through some dangerous terrain." She grabbed a basket that sat beside her. "Earlier you were all given a number. Everyone who has been given the number 1 shall head to the Crypson Forest where I myself shall accompany you. Those with the number 2 will be heading to the Bandune Ruins where you will be accompanied by the man you met yesterday, Fredric."

Fredric walked up to the stage. He smiled at the Warriors in front of him. "We shall create peace together my brothers and sisters. Let us march forth together!" He yelled trying to rally everyone together. "As soon as you are ready, we shall depart and go our separate ways. You others better keep Lady Kessha safe."

    MISSION START

Embark to the destination you chose. The forest is to the east. The bridge is to the north. Please use the assigned color to type in for your area. Thank you. Good luck!

"Not a chance." Rachelle retorted to Elisa. She wasn't about to show that she had a slight moment of weakness, that would be embarrassing. No she had to finish this off for the sake of her sister, and her town. Rachelle would start by finishing off the wolves that she injured but didn't kill, before taking down the remaining few. The one she slashed in the side was laying down on the ground obviously in pain. She walked up to it calming and almost had a look of compassion as she brought her sword down on and through its head. The wolf let out a small whimper before it died. Next she turned around to see that the other wolf had just stepped away from its friend that she killed earlier. This one was not injured as bad, in fact it would be harder now. The wolf looked pissed and she didn't know if she was ready to deal with it. Either way she had to. She charged towards it showing little fear. She would do anything for her sister Katrina, even if it killed her. But now wasn't the time to die. Rachelle brought her blade up on the wolf with an underhand cut. She caught it under the chin knocking it back and up, also killing it.

Two left. They were both hers. Elisa already had her fun. She couldn't let that spoiled brat show her up. Rachelle came from the slums, she had to deal with stuff like this and teach herself. She wasn't going to let the one who had proper training but no practical practice show her up. Rachelle closed her eyes for a moment to concentrate while the wolves where still a fair distance away. When she opened them, there was a slight fierceness in the way she glared at the wolves. It was time for this battle to end. She started walking up to them slow, but her pace quickened as she approached. One of the wolves took a leap at her, but she stabbed it in the stomach then let it fall to the ground as it whimpered. The other one charged towards her and took a swipe at her, but she narrowly dodged it, turning and moving to its side. She stabbed down at it, unfortunately she missed and it got a swipe in on her leg. "Ugh, damn wolf!" She yelled as she regained her composer. She then took another stab at the wolf, this time successfully stabbing it through the back. She then turned and stabbed it and the other wolf in the head to ensure they where dead and wouldn't suffer.

Now that the battle was over Rachelle continued along the path without saying another word to her friend. She was on a mission, there was no time for talk, or to deal with the wound on her leg. Sure it hurt, but she wasn't going to let that stop her. It wasn't like she was going to die from loss of blood, it was just a few scratch marks. The where not overly deep in her mind. "Katrina, I will do anything for you. It will all be over before you know it, trust me." She whispered as she held a small locked that was hanging around her neck. She never opened the locket and no one around knew what it contained, not even Elisa. But it was her most precious possession and never went anywhere without it.

It all happened so fast. Rachelle had finished of all the wolves and just continued on. As if they weren't even there. "Well feathers..." Elisa said in a surprised tone. She turned and followed Rachelle, noticing her wound. "We need to heal you up fast." She knew Rachelle wouldn't care, but Elisa did.

After a bit of walking, the girls made it to the town. "You ready for this? You ready to be heroes!?" Elisa called out enthusiastically.

After a good night of rest and sleep from that tiresome battle, Sasha woke up feeling energized and well. After grabbing a few bites of food and dressing up, she went out and attended the people as Kessha dismissed the people to their next destinations. Since she got a number 2, she was destined for the ruins. It was a good thing since she spent a lot of time in forests and all that dandy stuff so she thought it would be a great time to venture out into the great and mysterious ruins far off to the north.
Looking around, she decided to take in the new faces and get situated with them. After all, she wasn't the only one heading off towards the ruins. She believed 5 in total were all going off, including her. Best to get comfortable with them. They'll be with us for a bit..."

Skadi had received the number one, which she was thankful for. While she did tend to prefer cold places, she was familiar with the way that most forests looked, and that may have helped her. She had had a restful sleep for the most part, even if the "betrayal" had been in her mind the entire night, and she decided to head to the group that was heading to the forest. She could not help but wonder what was awaiting her and the rest of that group, surely it had to be called The Forest of Deception for a reason.

Rachelle heard Elisa's comment about needing to heal her leg but ignored it and kept going. Her leg didn't hurt... that much. Not enough for her to stop. That would only take up more time that she didn't need to bother being taken up. They where far enough behind as it was. They needed to be quick. Stopping was no way to be quick, it only slowed her down more. She was able to keep up a decent pace even with an injured leg so it didn't really matter too much. Well at least in her opinion. If Katrina was there she wouldn't let Rachelle go on with a hurt leg, in fact she would stand in front of her and prevent her from going anywhere until she let someone help her or at least bandage the wound. But Elisa would never do that to her and even if she did, Rachelle would simply push her to the side and keep going.

The town was finally insight. Rachelle sighed in relief, if she had done her calculations correctly the group they where going to meet should be in this town around now. They walked into town and Rachelle looked over at her friend for the first time since the battle with the wolves. "You ready for this? You ready to be heroes!?" Elisa asked her. "Uh huh..." Rachelle answered in a pretty monotone voice as she continued into the town looking for a large group of people who she figured would be there.

"We shall create peace together my brothers and sisters. Let us march forth together!" Rachelle heard someone yell from a stage. There was a group of people standing around listening to this man. "Looks like that may be the group we are looking for." Rachelle said looking at Elisa, with a small smile on her face. "Lets introduce ourselves shall we?" Rachelle started making her way towards the group but they began to disperse as she did. She wasn't sure about which way she should go or who to talk to now. She stood in the middle of a bunch of the people moving around nervously. "Um, excuse me. Can we help?"

Zoro leaped through the trees like a mad Howler Monkey. He cared so little for rules or guidelines; he was his own man. Of course, he would fight for what he thought was right, but in such a way that suited him. So there, gliding from branch to branch without effort on his own part, Zoro made his way to the Kingdom of the East. There, in the canopy, he spotted a bear; a ginormous monstrosity that lumbered through a clearing, minding its own business. Zoro took out his bow and removed an arrow. He was ready to strike, when the bear saw him first, and charged the huntsman! Zoro acted quickly, but lost his bow and quiver in the process as both were caught on a low branch when he switched trees. The bear below crashed headlong into the tree, and the entire trunk shook with the tremendous force upon impact; green leaves departed from their branches in great numbers, and danced to the ground all around the bear. Shaking its mighty head vigorously, it again looked for Zoro, now weaponless, was forced to yet another tree when the bear reached its massive paw into the very tree he was in and displayed its enormity by showing it could reach him even in a tall tree. A few more swipes, and Zoro did not have time to respond; he was tossed headlong into the grass below with a hard crash, only to find the bear towering above him. It pinned him by the shoulder, not allowing him to escape. Zoro prepared for the worst, but it did not come; instead, he felt a release of pressure and the howl of a bear as though it was retreating. He heard the scream of a man, and heard the bear as it roared into the distance.

Zoro opened his eyes to be met by a pair of imperials. Now, he preferred the bear...

Takeru took out a number 1 from the basket, this indicated he was going to the forest, which he didn't care about, it was just another mission handed down, so he didn't really complain much, nor did he spent any Gald due to the fact he was quite comfortable with what he had, plus changing for a different weapon would force you to adapt to it's new weight, plus, he was confident in skills of survival, but not overly so he'd be arrogant even though he taken no damage at all in that last battle.

"It was merely luck and nothing more than that, even I must admit, there is such a thing in this world." His thoughts ran across his mind before being interrupted by a woman's voice, a completely different one he recalled from yesterday. "Um, excuse me. Can we help?" She asked and with her was another female, possibly companions, they were armed so that indicated they weren't defenceless.

"You must be the others we been hearing about." he said calmly.

The group was lead by Kessha. She seemed to have a firm grasp on the world and new exactly where to go. She was their only way to actually find the Forest after all. Soon they would arrive. Ahead of them were large trees and the loud sound of monsters raging inside. "Okay everyone. It is time to get started."

The Forest of Deception _-*|Krypson Forest|*-_

Mist entered the large forest. Her first step in all the noise that was made turned into absolute silence. Looking in she could see nothing. It was black as night. Only every now and again could you see the leaves swaying in front of you. She grabbed one of the leaves and felt a good amount of moisture. "Hey, one of you mages? maybe you can light a stick on fire so we can see ahead of us. Its only a few hours until the night lights built into these little guys start flickering." She said with a large smile. "I also propose we introduce ourselves. Just in case danger comes we can call out to each other, ya know. I'll start. The name is Mist. Pleasure to meet you all."

The large man known to them as Fredric lead the way for those who decided it best to go to the swamp. "When we get there, I expect you all to introduce yourselves. We have a long journey ahead of us and I would hate to lose someone without a name." He was stern and monotone as he said that.
