I love it. Very well done. I like the colors, though the blue clashes with the bolder colors a bit. And is she floating? I have no idea who she is, I'm just commenting on the art itself. xD
I always think your drawings lack depth, they are very flat and 2-D, and the body dimensions (or proportions) should be done significantly better, more anatomically correct or more stylized would work for me, this is no exception. Overall this is actually not bad since everything I did not point out above was done correctly and turned out well.
