Jay~ I missed you and your work.

These are lovely, I like the colors and smudging. The only thing that bothers me are the the borders. Lose them, perhaps?

Ooh, I like these. The first one is definitely my favourite out of all of them, I just think the colours go really nicely together and I just prefer that colour scheme on the whole. The text is quite nice too, good placement there.

Great job as usual, Jay! Keep it up!

I gotta agree, the first one is the best out of the three.

The third one? I don't really like it. Seems a little out of place with the greyscaled stock, you know? Maybe if it wasn't grey, maybe colored, it'd look better?

I really like the smudging and the detail but I have never been a fan of middle placement, I feel it has to be off, even slightly, to one side- it makes it more pleasing on the eye to me. The text, I love, I think it's really well done and I wish I could master text like that.

I think the first one is my favourite as well closely followed by the second, the purples and oranges are just nice but agreed on the last one, the stock should be in colour if anything. The greyscale works very well with this one without losing anything from it.

I love the dotted line you have flowing around him but I do think he could be blended into the background a bit more like at his elbow or stomach area, just so he looks a bit more part of the background. You could just smudge these parts a bit or erase with a soft brush slightly. I also think the smudging around his head seems just a bit messy but that is just me being picky. These pieces are really good and it's great to see more of your work Jay. Keep it up.
