i think when heavensward comes out i'm just going to buy a year subscription and play the **** out of this game. i miss it.
If nothing else, you can play enough to get an ungodly amount of money and get your own house...if all the lots haven't been bought already. I personally want a house in the Mist, but that's just me. I'm wondering what's going to be a part of heavensword. You'd think they'd finish all the subplots going on so far, but given the way recent patches have been, these subplots are going to continue as long as the main plot, which means we'll be in for one heck of a long ride.
I just hit 50 and finished the Main Quest line before servers going down. Suppppppper pumped to get back on.
You've still got a ways to go. Hope you have a Grand Company to help you out with a group for hard primals, or for that matter, extreme. Garuda will make you wait an eternity. Crystal Tower is fun too, but Labyrinth of the Ancients is a lesson in patience on its own.
My FC is more casual...but there is a large group of us hitting the cap so it will be interesting to see what happens. I think I will stay...but I would like to be more dedicated and enjoy endgame. I have never been at a level cap of an MMO where its still pretty new (cough cough WoW).
There's a lot of fun stuff to do at the end, nearly as much as going through the main story. The difference is that you don't level as quickly. Plus you still have the other class and job stories to go through. Thief is a really good one
