Masaru heard Star's words and he was about to say something until the girl shyly told them she didn't blame them but Masaume himself before coming a angry with her fists clenched before introducing her Tamed Beats and about the level masamune would msot liekly be at. "You're right about not being able to touch him, I've heard the same rumors and I wouldn't be surprised if he is that Level, especially if he's one of the Founders of Laughing Coffin." he said to her, arms crossed.

"However, it's me you should blame for abandoning you and your partner despite Star taking me without allowing me to agree to it, if I remained, your friend would of survived, I won't ask you to forgive me for what happened on that day, if anything, I should of refused outright instead of being taken away, if I must atone for what occured on that day, I'll accept being Jailed and face justice as you demand it." He said to her rather calmly.

"I do not blame Star for her pulling away from the group either, she was only trying to do what was best to clear the Game." he finished

Floor 29. It was nearly empty when Scarlet's guild moved in, as everyone just seemed to move through it. However once they made their base there that had change as it became one of the safest floors in the game.

Escorts were provided to low ranking players as they braved the wilderness and assistance to leveling was even given. And as it was The Moonlit Swords' goal to ride the game of any who dared to cause harm to another player it was no surprise they ensured everyone's safety here. It was their base of operations after all, and if they couldn't keep order here no one would trust them to keep order elsewhere. And to do what they did the people's trust was the most important thing in their guild. Without it, it would be impossible to be a self-proclaimed police force.

It was going well so far, but they needed money. And after a vote a solution was chosen; a tournament. This was most likely due to the colosseum on the floor. Even as it was used by them for training it still felt as if its presence there was going to waste.

    So she agreed.

And now the stands were filling as she stood watch in a VIP section. Is this how queens felt...?

Shaking the thought she sat down as they finished registering players at the entrance, hoping some good fighters showed. Why, maybe some would even consider joining her guild... It was at least a hope she held on to as time passed.

Masamune smiled, finding her words funny. "A woman with a quick wit...very nice. Anyway...right that thing... There's a tornament being held on Floor 29 that I'm going to. You and I are going to be partners and fight in it. Or at least...you're going to help me get in. I heard it's a nice little guild holding the tornament...something like the Army but...nicer in terms of handling the people." He draped his arm around her shoulders and walked her towards the gate as he spoke, "Since you saw my man back there...I'm assuming you know now that I'm a part of a guild. I run the Laughing Coffin Guild along with my somewhat good friend PoH. We're not on good terms as of now...but...if I were to go missing it would be a problem." Carefully, he flicked open his menu and equipped a cloak. Pulling the hood over his head, he lost his smile, "I'm not saying you'd try to finish me off yourself...but as fair warning I'm no pushover. This tornament is for a bit of fun. See...PK guilds are all work no fun. A lot of our members find their fun in killing others...me...not so much. It's more of a job now than fun. Since I've probably never met you before...nah...it's not important." Continuing walking towards the gate, he hummed a light tune...Canon in D.

Shiina panicked, her hands fluttered about as she tried to make them stop. "N-no, please! It's not your fault! I...I know that I can't go back in time and ask you to stay and have helped him...but I don't think you could've stopped him... M-Masamune...was level 5 back on the first floor. I...I've heard that even back then he was apart of the front lines for a while. He...has a lot of experience in fighting..." Biting her lower lip, Shiina's wolves padded forwards, rubbing their coats against her legs for comfort. "I...I knew...Masamune in r-real life. He...he worked part time at my father's shop...until he murdered my mother. It...it isn't just about m-my partner.... M-my vengence is just a part of who I am now."

Mya listened to what he said. A tournament? And she's supposed to be his partner? That's not good. She could get a bad reputation for being with him. Not to mention why he would attend a public event such as this to get himself exposed. She wasn't too surprised he was running The Laughing Coffin. She started to follow him, wondering what his thought was behind this decision. "Well...why do I have to be your partner? Don't you have anyone else to partner up with? Someone more reasonable one could say? I'm not the best fighter you know..."

Star opened her inventory and gave some items to Shiina. She had hoped this may atone for her sins. They would be given for free. It was some of the best armor and weapons she had to offer. The spear known as Sand Serpent as well as some decent armor for her level. "Those are for free. I hope you can get your vengeance. The spear is known as Sand Serpent It has high defense and agility." She chuckled a little. "It seems all the weapons I make have high Agility."

A message popped up in front of Star. A tournament was to be held and she was invited. It seemed Masaru and Shiina were given the exact same invite. It was to be held on floor 29 and only select few could enter. That reminded her. Star went to her menu and sent out some messages to the people she friended that day back during the incident. She wanted them to know she would be taking part and to meet her before the fights begin. She wanted to tell them all her shop was going to be moved an maybe they could recommend people to her work.

"A tournament may be what we need to test out our new weapons and gear. Masamune may even be participating." She grabbed both there hands and once again dragged them to the teleport gate. "Lets go."

Kuroi opened his eyes. He had teleported to Floor 29 for the tournament. He had heard of this tournament around the Monster Arena where he spent his days clearing the challenges and earning big money. All from the Arena, he had leveled up to Lv 70.

Kuroi stepped off the portal and headed silently to the place of the event, walking through the shadowy side roads, trying to avoid as little contact with other Players as possible. Ever since that day when a Player was killed right before his eyes, he had never interacted with another Player. Kuroi became suspicious of everyone, although there was just one person who he still remembered.

Ittoki. That stupid red-head who acted like a 10 year old. Once in a while, he would suddenly remember the boy and he would wonder what had happened to him. Did he join a guild? Which Floor is he on now? Is he still alive? Kuroi did not know because he had cleared his friend list after he left the party.

Kuroi arrived at the Colosseum. He noticed that he needed a partner for the tournament. Great... Kuroi looked around, searching for a Player to be his partner.[DOUBLEPOST=1355071644][/DOUBLEPOST]"Uwaah~~! There's so many people here!" Ittoki had just arrived at the Colosseum on Floor 29. One of his friends had told him about the tournament that was happening today, so he took this opportunity to train some more. He had already leveled up to Lv 68, but he was getting bored just hunting in the forest.

Ittoki was a bit scared to actually fight the bosses and stuff, so he stayed on the levels that were already opened, leaving the heavy fighting to the Front Lines. He was sure that someone would eventually clear this death game.

"Um, I'd like to register, please!" Ittoki said to the NPC at the registration booth.
"You need a partner." the NPC politely told Ittoki.
"Oh. Okay then. I'll be back in a bit!" Ittoki turned and pushed his way through the crowd. He stopped at the fountain in the plaza and sat down. I-I don't know anyone here though... Maybe I'll just go home... WAIT! Otoya, ya can't be all depressing! Ittoki slapped his cheeks a couple of times. When he opened his eyes, he saw a familiar blue-haired Player standing in front of him.

"Ah! Kuroi??" Ittoki's eyes widened. Kuroi's face also had a bit of a surprised expression. Ittoki got up and glomped Kuroi. "God, where have you been!!"
"Places." Kuroi answered. "Now let go of me!"
Ittoki did so. "What are ya doing here, Kuroi?"
"Came here for the tournament, but I don't have a partner."
"Ah, really! Then, hows about I be your partner. I was planning to enter the tournament, but I don't have a partner..."
    Kuroi nodded.
"Great! Then let's go sign up!!" Ittoki took Kuroi's hand and dragged him to the registration booth.

OOC: I'm sorry... this post is really long... heehee. KuroixIttoki~~

Masamaune chuckled again, the girl was smart. "If I teamed up with another guild member, I'd most likely end up ordering them around in the fight. PKers don't take very well to being protected in fights...plus...those idiots would just out right kill our opponent. They can't be trusted. And there's the fame issue...not a lot of people in our guild have met me. Just Mack and a couple others...not including PoH. I'd end up with a stary eyed fool as a partner. Even the most skilled fighter will make mistakes when they're trying to show off to someone they think is famous." Tugging her close to his side as they stood in the gate, he lifted his crystal, "Floor 29, Battle Arena!"

Shiina was glad for the system that immediately put all the equipment away for her. "Wh-what? But I..." Suddenly she was being dragged off with talk about a tornament and finding Masamune. "What?! You...you want me to enter the tornament? E-even if it is just to find him...I can't kill him! He's...so strong and I'm...so terribly weak." A part of Shiina was happy that she'd found someone to help her find Masamune...but another part of her was terrified she'd be alone in fighting him and end up dead too.

Mya listened to what he said. It did make sense. But still...she wasn't the best fighter. She really didn't have a choice to complain as he dragged her along to the teleportation gate and heading for Floor 29. I hope there isn't anyone I know at the arena...

Masaru listened to Shiina's story of her family and Star's reccomendation of using the Tournament to test the weapons whichw as a godo idea in itself and if Masamune was going to take part in it as Star ocne again, took up the tole of drag mistress without warning, he gotten used to it, but he did make a note of changing his armour when he got free time, the bulky gold armor provided good defenseive capabilites, but if eh wore coat armor or such, he'd have less weight and be able to utilize the new Dream Eater Sword more efficiently.

Star activated the portal and the three of them all warped to floor 29. It was crowded. A lot of people had shown up. This made her wonder if everyone was given an invitation. She dragged the two of them to the registration booth. "We would like to register." Sadly they denied her the right to do so. You had to be in a team of two. Who would she go with. She could not decide. She wanted to be with Masaru, but Shiina lacked a sort of confidence in her skill. She seemed alone as well. What to do. What to do. "Now what guys? I guess, I guess I should sit out this round. Maybe go and set up shop while you two participate..."

Scarlet left her spot on the booth as sign ups were drawing to a close. She couldn't do it. She couldn't just sit there and watch.

And what luck she had when she saw a three person group walking towards the arena. Surely they would need another person among their ranks, so she simply had to take advantage of the situation. There was a female talking about setting up shop, so she had to of been the odd one out.

Instead of waiting for the others to say something in return she inserted herself into the conversation, standing near by the group. "If you need a partner, I've yet to find one. It'd be more fun then tending to a shop anyway. Especially when everyone will be watching instead of buying."

Hayden played with her food in a restaurant on the 21st floor. It had been a year since the 10,000 players have been trapped inside Sword Art Online, and she'd heard nothing of either of her friends. She'd heard about the Knights of the Blood Oath, a strong guild playing on the front lines to clear the game. Even if they weren't in the guild, maybe she'd be able to use the guild to find her friends...?

A yellow message icon blinks in the corner of her eyes, chiming lightly. She blinks, surprised, then taps the icon and reads the message through.

"...The 29th floor...?" she murmured. Thanks to the front line players, floors into the 50s and beyond had been unlocked. No doubt such stronger players would be in attendance at this tournament, while Hayden herself was only around level 39. Would the tournament run on a duel system, or was it possible to...?

Tapping into her main menu, she retrieved her falchion and placed it on the table, thinking. Even if she didn't participate in—let alone win—the tournament, what if her friends showed up?

Hayden picked up her falchion and examined it. She'd had it practically from the start, and its durability was slowly wearing down, but it was still reliable.

"...Well, it's worth a shot," she decided. Sending the Cor she owed for the meal to the restaurant owner, she left the restaurant and headed to the Warp Gate. "Floor 29," she reqested, and the town before her blurred and distorted.

And then she was on Floor 29. Seeing small crowds of people going in one direction, she assumed that they were going to the tournament too. Frowning at the numbers, she reluctantly followed them to the arena.

Masamune stepped up to the sign up booth, registering himself and Mya.
Shiina grasped for reason as Star suggested she pair with Masaru. "Wh-what? But...I...um, i-is that okay?" Her hands shook nervously as she flipped through her equipment, equipping her new spear and looked down at her furry friends. "D-do you think these two will be okay?"
Turning his head slightly, Masamune noticed a few familiar faces...or at least he thought they were. Hadn't he been threatened by those two? The nervous one...she wasn't familiar at all. "Alright...let's head inside and check the place out." He didn't want to linger here with the wide-eyed looks he was getting from the people around them. He nudged past the four, bumping into the nervous one. "AH! Oh, I-I'm sorry!" The two wolves at her sides growled dangerously and he took a step back. He hadn't seen them when he first looked over. "No problem..."
Shiina's entire world froze at those two words. They echoed in her head. "Wh-what...did you say...?" His face was hidden by the hood of a cloak but the orange cursor over his head and the deep timbre of his voice was enough clue for her. "M-M-M-M-Mas....!" the word simply wouldn't leave her lips completely.

Deciding to partake in the tournament he's been hearing so much about, Kaito headed towards the Warp Gate. "Floor 29" He said once he'd got there. It wasn't too long after ending up at the desired floor when he noticed the amount of other participates there. Now I have to do now is to find a partner. He began to search the crowd for a suitable partner for him.

Mya looked around nervously at the registration counter. She wanted to leave since all the people were staring at Masamune. She hoped she wouldn't recognize anyone at the registration booth. She then panicked as she noticed Masaru and Star. She knew they would question her what she was doing with Masamune. She skirted around their line of sight. She then saw him bump into the girl she recognized as the girl who had her partner killed by Masamune. Uh oh. This could be bad...

Hayden rubbed her falchion's hilt with her thumb anxiously, looking around. It seemed like everyone needed a partner for this tournament. Gulp.

She saw someone exit the warp gate shortly after her and quickly honed in on him. He seemed strong—at least, stronger than she was, and he seemed to be in need of a partner, too.

"Hey," she called, jogging up to him. "Are you here for the tournament, too? I'm kind of looking for a partner to enter..."

    {That means you, master of keyblades/Kaito. :P}

Kaito turned in the direction he'd heard someone call out to him. By the looks of it she was pretty strong, hopefully strong enough to help him win this thing. "Yeah, I just got here myself. If you want we can be partners."

Chuuya had gone off to train in one of the smaller dungeons on the 50th floor looking for a rare item in there, but found nothing. Apparently it had already been raided recently and the rare had been taken. He decided to head back to town to grab some lunch and recover some. When he had arrived in town their was hardly anybody their. Hmmmm, seems everybody is at that tournament on the 29th floor, because this town is usually bustling with people......maybe I should go watch and scope out the whose who....... Chuuya grabbed a quick bite to eat at one of the local restaurants here in town, and headed to the warp gate Floor 29... He said and he was transported to the town with the warp gate, and he saw thousands of players walking about. He walked through the crowd and went to buy a ticket, and he decided to splurge a little and got himself a private box for himself alone to watch the fights.

Hayden sighed, relieved. "That would be perfect, actually," she smiled. She rested the flat edge of her falchion on her shoulder. "I'm Hayden. What's your name?"

Masaru listened to Star's apparent plan if it had not been for the newcomer suggesting she pair up with someone, who she was, he didn't know but it seems teh Tournament focused on two Players at a time, a Tag Tournament perhaps. "Well, it's nice of you to offer your help miss, but I think-" He cut off quickly at the cloaked Player along with the stuttering of SHiina, it was Masamune no doubt about it and he placed his hand on Shiin'a shoulder to bring her back to reality.

"Kindly leave us please, Masamune, I do not want any trouble before this Tournament." He said calmly and lead Shiina off elsewhere in the room with Star and the newcomer.

"You'll fight him in the Tournament, it's better that way rather than cause a situation here, plus I'm sure the Tournament will enforce no PKing's" he said to the three women. "I'll team up with whoever wants me, and may I ask just who you are miss?" He asked Scarlet.
