Swift or Cyrus?

Okay, well me, my brothers, and sisters were fighting about it today. Who would win in the long run, Taylor Swift or Miley Cyrus? They both pretty young girls who right now are at the top of the charts.

In MY opinion, i think Taylor Swift would win. She already has many fans, some of which are not real fans of country music. She has many great hits, and has been at the top many times (last year- our song; this year- love story, pictures to burn). With Cyrus, her fame will only last as long as the show. Sooner or later the series fanale will air and she will not have much left.

So, what do you think?

 

I hate Miley Cyrus, but I have never hard of Taylor Swift. I go with Taylor.

 

Personally, I don't like either of them. But I do find Swift to be more tollerable than Cyrus. If I had to pick between the two, I'd pick Swift. I also think that Swift might have a longer carrier than Cyrus.

 

Swift would probably win because she's not really a "disney" person, is she? Also, she's just more talented. I don't own any of her cds, but my friends are big fans of her and I've heard a lot of her songs. They're actually pretty good. They're all about boys and nothing else, but Taylor Swift is definitly talented. Maybe if she sang about a few different topics, she would get even more popular.

 

Yeah, that is true. The first few songs that come into mind when i hear the name Taylor swift (Teardrops on my guitar, our song, love song) are all of that subject. It is still early in her carreer, so she might change a little.

 

I would go with Swift, I've heard her songs and their pretty good, and Miley I can stand, but she's going down sooner or later.

 

Taylor Swift.
1.) She's VERY pretty. Even though she has extensions.
2.) Her music is actually about her life, I think. Miley Cyrus's songs are written by her father. I think...
3.) Taylor isn't in Disney.
4.) Disney BOUGHT Miley Cyrus. Now, forever, she'll be known as Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montanna. Nothing else. Other then maybe, a whore. >>

 

In my opinion, i'd go with Taylor Swift. Because her song 'Love Song' is too catchy xD

and Miley only got the records because she slept with alot of disney actors i believe :/

To tell you the truth, I don't like either of them. Miley Cyrus for multiple reasons and I just don't like Taylor's voice. I mean, she is a great singer, but I'm just not a huge fan of her.

If I had to choose though, I'd say Taylor.

Miley has a couple of good songs but I listen more to Taylor.
