I honestly couldn't not color this. Original: http://www.onemanga.com/Rosario-Vampire_II/22/35/ Colored: Spoiler Version 2 - Chairs are different color Spoiler Overall time taken...probably 7+ hours? Ironically enough I started it when I was kinda sad but finished it being really happy. xD Aaanyway, CnC?
Wow, that's awesome. I love the hues of blue you used for the sky. The color of the girl's dress is pretty. I really like the colors! As a bit of a suggestion, maybe you could have made the chairs at the table a bit different in color, the really pale yellowish color with the purple backs feels kinda odd to me. But nevertheless, awesome job. ^^ Isn't it nice when creativity can cheer you up? :3
Ah, DP, that is just amazing. I love it. <3 I love how you did the shading, and I especially love how you did the reflection on the water; just brilliant. I kind of agree with Nanaki on the color of the chairs. Maybe just a shade darker? Besides that, it's absolutely wonderful. (I love the color of her dress.) Once again, great job.
ASDFGHJKL;; D'AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. I love the colors of the sea :,D how the moonlight looks and and D'AWWWW. I also liked how you colored the girl's shoulders, not just one color but you also made it look like..there's a shadow and shizz x3 you gotta teach me how to color! It's pretty sweet, one of my favorite things you have done on photoshop. :D
Thank you, I tried getting the sky as dark as possible without it being black, so it's good to see that it worked. xD I was kinda eh about it too, since there's already a lot of brown in it, but I changed it in v.2. :3 Yeah, though creativity wasn't the only thing that made my day better, certainly helped though. xD Thanks. ^^ The moon and reflection were both sort of experiments with opacity, so whoo, successful I guess. The colors are actually from her uniform in the anime, I've yet to watch it but I thought "what the hell" and used the colors. xD Haha, I may make a tutorial on how I color, I'm not great at teaching but I can give it a shot. Thank you. :3
Like I said earlier, freaking amazing. I love the water in particular, though everything about this is awesome, down to the small shadings here and there. I really have no complaints, great job.
Haha, thanks. xD I think I may go and do a bit more detail work on the shadows, like based on the lighting, so there may be a v.3 if I feel up to it.
wow very nicely done the sky and the water look so realistic and the chairs (especially in the second one) came out really good and stand out a lot and that light around the moon showing its shine came out good too nice job
OMG. I love the moon and the water <3 (and everything else too) Looks like it took forever D: But Amazing Job :'3
Thanks, though I didn't really want their surroundings to stand out much aside from the moonlight and the two of them. I could try using a few gradient maps to make it darker but eh. Thanks. xD It took...a while, as I said in the first post, roughly seven hours, but it wasn't consecutive; it was over a three day period. I may do more full-page coloring if I have time. :3
