Supernatural: Acolytes of Azazel.

"Stay out of this!" Adam yelled at Scott. He knew he had a few moments until Scott found a way into the garage, so he had to hurry. "You wish I won't shoot!" He yelled then to Alexis, "We don't need you here!" Instead of shooting, however, he switched hands and placed his left hand in the middle of her chest. "But I won't ruin that pretty little face of yours." He shoved her with all his might, throwing a little telekinesis into it. Damn, I should've had another cigarette, he thought to himself as he sent Alexis backwards. "I'll bury you somewhere nice. Sorry," he said as he then aimed his pistol at her torso and shot, not taking aim.

 

Alexis resisted his telekinesis enforced push... Skidding on her feet back a few metres.
And then she heard the shot. She could tell he had been careless with his shooting, ...if he had known about one of her powers. He probs would have aimed more accurately.
Thanks to her super reflexes, and his shot not being too on the mark, she was able to dodge it by a hairs breadth.
Then... she focused on the gun.
Normally, she'd need to picture it clearly and perfectly in her mind for this to work. But the gun was right in front of her. Her eyes did the job well enough.
...She finally revealed her main power.
Suddenly... Adam would find himself clutching thin air as the gun appeared now in Alexis's hand.
She rushed towards Adam and jammed the tip of the gun into his throat instantly. "See? I told you that you wouldn't shoot me." she smirked grimly.
She had never held a gun properly before... but she didn't care.
She wasn't going to use it on him anyway despite the fact he just tried to kill her.
She turned around removing the tip of the gun from his throat and took a step away from him.
Her back completely to him, but her head kept him in view.
Then she took aim...
At the two tyres on his car that were visible to her before pulling the trigger twice, wrecking them.
Then she tossed the gun away somewhere not caring in the slightest.
"Feel free to try again any time. I may have hated the name... but there was a reason that I was known as the Untouchable Queen." she stated.
Her back still turned away from him, only her tilted head keeping him in view.

 

"Nothing new. I was just leaving." Alexis told Scott and then walked past him and out of the garage not even caring to look back.
"I'm just staying alive." Alexis bluntly stated to Scott, as she passed him.
She had lost interest in this anyway.
It didn't matter where she went. She knew she would never belong anywhere, even among people who were apparently like her.
This much was obvious. Especially with what just happened.
I guess the old bastard was lying.
Not that I should be surprised. she thought to herself.

 

Luce closed her eyes as she licked the last of the blood from her face and shuddered. Slowly...she opened her eyes and mournfully glared at the glass, "I...." She combed her hands through her hair and touched her head to the counter. "Lenny... Do you think...the rest of us are suffering like us? Adam...Scott...Alexis...do you think they suffer like me? The nightmares..." Luce gripped her glass tightly in her hands. "Alexis thinks...it's great to be untouchable....I've seen it in her eyes. How long until she too...has to suffer from her own powers?" Luce felt warm tears on her cheeks, "How long....must I suffer!?" Slamming her hands on the counter, Luce glared her icy eyes at Lenny.

 

Lenny frowned at Luce. He wondered how many times he had thought that in the past. How many times the other Special Children of his generation had thought that. "Loos, once Azazel is gone, no, I changed my mind. I'll give you a choice, Loos," he looked around, ready to offer Luce the one thing he had never thought he would offer, "You can stop right now. Stop hunting for Azazel, stop hunting period. We can place you somewhere, Loos, I can give you enough money to live off and you can start a normal life."

"My car!" Adam yelled in disbelief. "You crazy bitch, those are my tires! You shot my tires on my car with my gun?!" That seemed like a fairy tale. It was as if telling Adam that the sun was blue. It was just too out there to believe. "I...I just wanted to see how her life would be in danger...." he muttered to Scott. "An early training session..." he could have cried, "But she handled it better than I thought."

 

Luce felt her tears increase at the words coming from Lenny. The idea of living a normal life seemed like a fairy tale to her...make believe...Princess locked in a tower kind of stuff. Options flew through her head...none that fit what she could do though... "But it'll never stop...the premonitions...my powers....I can't run away from what I am. No matter how hard I try." She lowered her eyes and stared at the empty blood stained glass, "Plus...my addiction would drive me back to hunting for demons." I could leave....go far away...never come back....I'd never have to shoot something that I thought didn't exist in the first place...deal with the near death experiences anymore... She felt trapped...if she gave up the search for Azazel it would be like her mother and father died for nothing....but if she continued, she could die too.

 

Alexis sighed... first tempted to ignore Scott. But she did happen to overhear what Adam had said about testing her, 'an early training session'.
...she slowly walked back in and saw the look on his face, over what had happened to his car.
She sighed again. "If you wanted to test me. You could have just asked." She stated, still seeing the look on his face like the worst had happened. "Ah jeez..." she said, bring a hand to her head, pushing him aside. "If it means that much to you."
Then she moved to the side of the car which still had tyres, looking at them, trying to get near enough every detail of the wheels. She focused her power and then...
Two tyres appeared right next to Adam, from nowhere.
"There... just don't ask where they came from. I don't even know the answer." she huffed.
... she leaned against the garage wall to support herself, suddenly clearly exhausted and feeling like she had a bit of a headache.
She didn't know why she had just made a nice gesture. Even if it was just a trick to test her... he had still shot at her, she never trusted anyone as it was. So this was all new and confusing to her.
And what was more... she barely could stand with this act she had just done.
If he did want to kill her now, it was more than likely he could, and this time there would be nothing that she could do about it if that came to pass.

 

"Look, Loos, hunting's a tough life. It isn't a job, it is a lifestyle. It's hard, I know that. But you're not alone," Lenny said.

"Holy Djinn," Adam said as the tires appeared out of nowhere. That's her power? I've never seen anything like it! He was too focused on the tires to notice that Alexis was leaning on the wall, but once he noticed he ran to her side. "Hey, Genie Girl," he called her as he grabbed her arm, "Don't use your powers like that. See what it does?" He was still mad for what happened to his tires, but he pushed that to the back of his mind for now. "Come on, let's go see Lenny. I'll support you."

 

"At least... you don't have to be AS mad at me about your tires... and I don't have to be AS mad about you shooting at me..." Alexis huffed as he helped her. She didn't know why it was important that he wasn't AS mad at her... but she felt she had to put things right.. hence why she pushed herself. Of course, normally she plain wouldn't care about such things. Had she developed a conscience? This was truly puzzling to her.
"I'm fine.. I just need to catch my breath." she lied, not realising how truly exhausted she was.
Was it part of her pride? If she had any...
After all, she'd never been able to rely on anyone before. Never.
And now, she wasn't feeling too comfortable with it suddenly happening. But she felt too tired to reject his help completely, and her head was still pounding.

 

Luce shook her head and clawed her hair back from her face, drying her tears on a napkin in frustration. "It's not tough for me. I can handle it. I'd relish the challenge. I'll stay right where I am, thanks. Lenny...I want to prove I can do this. So whatever everyone needs to hear, just keep in mind, I want to do a mission alone. I can handle myself just fine." Luce shuddered a moment from expressing so much of herself in one day and suppressed the urge to curl up in a ball on her bed and stay that way...just like she'd done when she was a child and teenager on the streets.

 

The apparent-human ran at him once again, reacting faster than the demon did and swinging the large weapon from earlier at him again. While it was dodged easily enough, it suddenly became apparent that it wasn't supposed to hit.
The Demon-killing knife, the entire reason that the demon had come to the human household, was brought swiftly into its stomach, the blade peircing his flesh easily.
"Sorry to cut this short." he finally said, ripping the knife back out. It was said so abruptly, the meaning by it ambiguous.
Knowing that the demon wouldn't be able to follow him now, the attacker turned and walked away, the large weapon no longer anywhere to be seen, before he rounded a corner and dissappeared from sight.

Luce turned on her heel and glared at Scott, "This is a private conversation, Scott. Never you mind about what I do on the job. Hunting demons is my JOB. I'm not going to give up my own free right to choose whether to hunt alone or not." Her icy eyes glared at Scott as her fingers tightened around one of her pistol's at her hips.

 

Luce trembled, "I don't care! Lifestyle, Job, what the hell is the difference! Either way I intend to do my own thing! I don't need you and that damn arrogant smirk following me around!" She let go of her pistol and pulled the opposite one from her other hip, "Bite me, d!ckhead." Though she preferred to hold her weapons, she allowed her telekinisis to pull her other pistol out and press it against Scott's back. "Test me again Scott, I dare you. I'll pull both triggers and you'll be as dead as Azazel will be!"

 

With fresh demon blood running in her system Luce jerked her pistols out of his telekinisis and snarled at Scott, "Don't tell me what to do!" Her strength was much more than usual with the demon blood recently taken in as she lashed out at him. Luce's powers shattered several glasses in their place and against Scott's back. She kicked her leg out and struck him hard, sending him hard against the bar. "I told you not to test me."
