I know this movie is bad analytically speaking, but I adore this movie. Despite all of the problems it has I absolutely love it. I'm watching it now and just finished the airplane scene, I love it when Superman steps onto the plane and when we see him flying to catch up to the plane and none of the aircraft know what it is that's going so fast, they're such emotional moments for me, like tears of joy and laughter moments. I also love when we first see Jason. The face after he blows his inhaler is priceless.
Hopefully Man of Steel will be the first good Superman movie. Outside of animated stuff of course. Superman Returns was cool when I first saw it but when I watched it again...damn it's terrible.
I'm really looking forward to Man of Steel, the only thing that I already don't like about it is that Brandon Routh won't be in it. I love him as Superman and thought he was the perfect Clark Kent.
The only reason Superman Returns is decent for me is because of Kevin Spacey. Movie would have sucked without him.
