Mario and Kirby shook hands as the crowd roared. They waved to them. Mario had just won a match against Kirby and felt like he was King of the Smash Bros. Tournament. Why? Because he WAS! Mario felt invincible. Nothing, I mean NOTHING could ruin his day!

Princess Zelda watched from the crowd stand, her hands clasped together as she gazed out at them. She could feel - no, sense...that something menacing was approaching...

 

Their fears came to be. The sky turned blood red, and the earth shook.

"Puyo?" Kirby said.

"I don't-a know WHAT it is, Kirby..." Mario said.

An ominous figure appeared in the gray clouds...

 

Zelda looked up, her eyes widening at the sight. Frowning, she turned, wanting to ask Link about this but he was not there.
"Link..." she murmured.

 

The figure loomed overhead. It was a flying battleship...

"Puyo, puyo!" Kirby yelled.

"What's a 'Halbred'? You mean that?" Mario asked.

Kirby nodded. "Puyo!"

 

"Mario, Kirby," Zelda called over to them, "do you know what's going on?"

 

"Kirby knows! Tell her buddy!"

"...Puyo?"

"...I guess we, heh, don't-a know."

Black spores poured out from the ship...and began to take form as they hit the ground...

 

Can I be Pikachu?

And, if possible, Sora?

 

NO SORA. Pikachu? Yes.
