Yeah, But they would probably have to make Cloud a clone of Ike...That's the only moveset I can think of for him that would be appropriate...

 

I really don't see this happening, as awesome as it would be. Half the reason the game is so unique is because the characters are from Nintendo's vast gaming history. Sora and Riku are not of that history, so they wouldn't fit in.

Nah..but I HIGHLY doubt kingdom hearts characters would be in it. Though I would see some final fantasy characters though. Why? I dont know. I think I forgot. But no i dont see it happening.

First of all, Lucario is not a clone of Mewtwo. Aura Sphere = Shadow Ball, yeah, but that's it.

Second, Cloud, Squall and Zidane have sort of been made in the game, through the magic of Texture hacking. Basically changing the skins on Ike (Cloud and Squall) and Pit (Zidane) to make them appear like the requisite characters. They don't look half bad either, considering their completely custom made. A Dark Riku texure has been made for Marth, but I'll admit, it's not the best.

Third, Snake apparently was meant to make Melee, but the request came from Kojima at too late a stage in development to add him, so he made Brawl. Sonic was one of the most popularly requested characters since Melee, so arrangement were made for him similarly to Snake.

Personally, I'd like to see Sora or Riku in SSB. It'd be a nice change from all te Megaman/Geno requests (Also done in texture hacks)

 

to be honest, noobdom is scary. I don't think sora and riku should or WILL ever be in SSB. Sorry, but I don't see it happening. Cloud? Maybe. Shadow? Maybe. (they have Sonic, after all) ... But Riku and Sora? I think not.

Leave SSB as it is, we don't need any more rabid fangirls killing the gaming chances of us regulars.

There are several other non-KH characters who would be much more deserving of the spot.

 

Though I'm a huge fan of this game, I would have to say no. the multiplayer would be very laggy considering that wi-fi would always be necessary for a multiplayer game. And for any of you tournament players here, we all know how much you hate lag. I say leave Smash to the consoles.

besides, there are not enough buttons on the DS. many moves would have to be taken away. And don't tell me that you could use the stylist, because that really wouldn't work at all. Come to think of it, are there even any fighting games for the DS? I can't think of any off the top my head. there may be a reason for that.

Well guys, lately there's been a few Smash bros. threads, so to make things a little less cluttered, I'm going to be merging a few of the existing threads into this one.

 

People still play Brawl?

Ah, ok. Thanks. I still play the first Super Smash Bros. on the N64. Brawl is good and all but that Smash ball gets annoying after a while. Melee is the best game so far in my opinion.

Taking this from an opinion quite some time ago, as I haven't played the game itself in quite a long while, I can say I'm ****ing horrible with around a quarter of the characters. And the one I really am good with is probably Kirby.
