I couldn't, but now I just watch in amazment. The anxious level has gone down for me. I mean when the original date was december I was about to explode, but now that it's moved back I can bear it again.

    Omg. Awesome update.

But the fact that we'll get someone else's stage worries me. You never know when a nub will make 98% of it all blocks xD

I'm guessing this is the last Super Smash Bros. they'll ever make.

Omfg, I have to do that too. xD

I wonder exactly how much freedom you'll have with creating a stage. o_o

Well hopefully they let us make stages of different sizes like as small as battlefield to as a big as fourside. And hopefully we can place things almost any where because it'd suck if I couldnt make a boxed in area. Although I did see ladders, so it looks like you could make good King of the hill stages where you can have a little area way up top that people have to fight to get to. We could even make team stages where each team has a little bunker. That'd be so awesome.

Wow, seems like create-a-stage can even be used to create little games with friends, like you said with the teams, and king of the hill.

    I actually like this idea.

Of course it only really works if you're playing with chivalrous-like people, XD, who are up for it. But that aside, I see some enjoyment in the entire King-of-the-Hill facade.

That sounds pretty damn fun actually. If we organize it through the interwebz it should be fine.

We should start a thread once the game comes out for our stages. They say that they'll send you a stage per day but im hoping that means that you can choose the stage and they only send you one a day. Because if I have to play some ghey stage, I'll be pissed. If we do get to choose our own stages, then we're gonna to post them and play them the same day cause they say it'll disappear after a day. But I hope we can still save other people's stages *3*

Naw, when I read it I thought that you can personally send as many as you want to your friends as long as they are wii and brawl friends codes exchanged. I thin kthe one-a-day is for random uploading/downloading. Of course, I could have just misread it...

Yeah, from what the update said, I think you can send stages to your friends and these have no limit as to how many.

You can also send your stages to Nintendo, and I believe *those* are the ones that can sent to you once per day, and only one-time opportunity to save, I think? lol, I only read the update once.

Good. That means I can send you all my pwnsome stages :3. Now I gotta start designing one for a different type of game. King of the hill, Sudden death, Poke-Blitz, etc. This is gonna be fun ^o^

Yes, you can save your stages, you can even save them on SD memory cards to bring over to your friends house.

We can make a special KHV stage. The Blocks can make the words saying KHV or something. =P

The possibities are almost endless. Though I would like to see more variety then plain blocks.

Yeah, hopefully you have enough control to make specific visuals like text.

Brawl would resemble much of the map-making dynamic that I often saw in older online PC games like Worms Armageddon, with people engraving their names right onto the terrain.

While it'd be nice to import actual images (which one can hope might be possible, but probably won't happen) to add more theme to the maps (like a KH picture to help denote a KHV map), I'd be fine with text alone.
