Is sunnier even a word? Anyway, that's just how I feel right now. There's been too much rain in my country :c Anyway, I drew this a couple days ago and decided to share it on KHV because you guys give the best advice, no 'kidd. And the title is also named such because I thought of sunshine when I saw the finished product of this.

This isn't my first tablet drawing, my tablet is relatively new though! This is also the first tablet/digital drawing I shared on here though. I think. I don't know. Haha.
Oh and just to say, I see my flaws like the eyes and the glasses and the lines.
Please be super honest on your opinions and give me suggestions and stuff!
I've improved most from sharing my art on here, I believe c:
    Thank you!

I really like the hair in this one, the lighting is just right to give it texture, plus all the strands aren't dead straight which also makes it look more realistic. The glasses are a bit out of proportion, the right one being a lot bigger than the other but the eyes are drawn really nicely.

I think the neck is a bit too long as well but then again, peopl do have necks that long. The background is really nice, it's decorative without distracting from the rest of the picture. The shading is also very nice, it's spot on and the monochrome look is very nice.

Keep it up, it's very good, how did you colour it in?

Thank you so much for those words! n___n I tried drawing hair like this for the first time, after researching on tutorials (via DA). The glasses always disturb me when I look at this, I still have to perfect that accessory, gwahh :c

Am I glad to hear the background turned alright! I always have trouble with backgrounds... I do have a problem with drawing rather long necks so yeah, haha. I'm trying to fix that.

Well, I sketched it all out. Then I did the line art, then I colored under it :3 It was supposed to be colored, but while setting the thing - I hadn't noticed it was on Greyscale and not on RBG, so this happened and I didn't mind since I kind of like coloring in greys~ Thanks so much, I'll try and fix those flaws on my future pieces! n___n

It looks alright, but the hair looks too fake and not real...if you know what I mean.

Here's a video that might be helpful. This guy's using real paper and pencil, so I don't know how it might turn out using a program. I learned a lot from this video. It didn't help me out a lot on drawing hair, but it gave me an idea. I've used what I've seen on the video to improve.

Oh, I understand. I totally need to improve more for hair :c

And wow! Thank you so much for that video, I was totally in awe the whole time. It was amazing. I'm hoping I can also punch in some of what I picked up from the video to my future pieces. I love the techniques he uses, and am reminded that my tools are still incomplete. Anyway, thank you so much. You really have helped me a lot, thank you! n___n <3
