    .....how the hell do you wrestle your own shoulder?

    And mine was just outside, not even at the pool or beach or anything. It's like, on my back too, so I try to wear tank tops and they even hurt.

    My skin is too white. Nobody else I was with got burned. I have to wear like, SPF 900.

    Shoulder sun burn is the worst.I can remember hwen i hit someone in the shoulder when they had sun burn their.To escape his wrath i ran up a tree.

    I was in the sun yesterday for one hour for that strick thing of taking out funds from the schools or something like that.Teachers were protesting so they didn't want students out.Then for P.E. I was in the sun again so I'm sure I got darker.
