Birth by Sleep Summaries of the Xehanort Reports [SPOILERS]

Found this on the Gamefaqs forum. It's someone's summary of the Xehanort reports. Not sure if its totally real but it seems so. These are def NOT translations so take them with a grain of salt.

What do you mean? They're called the "Xehanort Reports"...

 

Yeah but I don't think MX or Xehanort wrote them because it mentions Xehanort a few times in the report.

 

No they are written by MX. The person who wrote the summaries just decided to make somethings written in a third person point of view. But the original ones are probably written in a first point of view.

Yeah just to clarify again these are NOT translations at all. They're supposedly summaries of the Reports but I think we ought to be skeptical of them because the first report doesn't really match up with a translation that can be found on HEARTSTATION.ORG which is I think a more reliable website. Either way it's an interesting read.

Guess this (sort of) explains why Sora didn't die when he used that dark keyblade on himself. Wonder what a keyblade of heart looks like?

No but really, if i'm understanding what you mean correctly, it may resemble the outlook of that person. Like Riku's dark keyblade in one, he was dark hearted at the time, the keyblade resembled his hearts outlook.

Now likewise with Kiari's very frilly looking keyblade that Riku really didn't think she'd mind. It wasn't created by her heart but in BBS, if I remember correctly, it was given to Aqua, which I think she passed to Terranort, which he kept. Actually that doesn't matter, what matters is this:

The keyblade most likely resembles a person's heart.

The Fake Keyblade/Heart Unlocker from KH1 that Sora used on himself is an incomplete Keyblade of Heart. It needs 7 hearts of pure light, which explains why MX was after the 7 PoHs. However, when Xehanort's Heartless/Riku made it in KH1, it only had 6 hearts, it was missing Kairi's

I don't think someone could have their own Keyblade of heart. You need 7 hearts of pure light to make one, and as far as we know, there's only 7.

 

Yeah pretty much. I'm inclined to think that the "kid" Riku mentions to Terra was Ven. I think Ven and Sora's connection runs deeper than we know. In the opening when Ventus has his Awakening we find that when Vanitas was created it left Ventus' heart pretty messed up and it was only fixed by connecting with Sora's and that this connection is the reason why Ventus' sleeping heart entered Sora's at the end; however, we don't know why it was specifically Sora that was able to make Ventus whole again in the beginning. They must've had a prior connection. From the summaries it seems like Xehanort left Destiny Islands well after his childhood and IF he did leave when he was a kid I think it would've been quite a long time ago for Riku to know the story, but who knows it could go either way.
