You just now started listening to them???? Wowwww, okay. Well I'm glad you found them. They're a pretty cool band. I have been listening to them well........for awhile now. My fav songs are In to deep, fat lip and underclass hero.

I very much liked them back in my middle school days, I still listen to them from time to time (mostly for nostalgia), but the interest has passed. I was never passionately in love with them, though, as (aside from a few songs), much of their music felt rather generic. No hate of course, they're fun to listen to, but I never found anything terrifically standout about them.

Off the top of my head, Fat Lip, March of the Dogs, Over My Head (Better Off Dead), Still Waiting, The Hell Song, and We're All to Blame were some of my favorites. I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, of course.

Same here with you misty. I recently had just found them again and put a couple of their songs back on my ipod. And about them sounding generic, a lot of bands almost sounded all the same back in the 90's lol

I grew up listening to the sum41 dudes. And everything that was popular in the 90's sounds the same. :/ I mean, you can find some great stuff off the beaten track. But blink182, green day, sum41.. all of that started in the 90s, and spawned so many soundalikes.

But I still find myself listening to songs like noots, with me, fat lip, 88, pain for pleasure (:3), and we're all to blame.

There were only three songs of theirs that really stood out to me: Fat Lip, Hell Song, and In Too Deep. One of my life goals is still to learn to play the guitar and play it while a platform lifts me up from the water. Also need to work out how to get an electrical guitar that can be played underwater, but that's a small detail.
