    Wow. That is awful. I can't believe the DEA had the audacity to offer a mere apology for what happened. The student could have easily died in that situation. It must have been tortuous being confined for five days in a cell, no wonder his mind started slipping.

    The ****? That is completely irrelevant.

    This was local news, the kid goes to UCSD where I'm starting this fall. Horrible for the kid.

    Luckily, he's probably going to get millions for the lawsuit.

    The thing is though, when you start, there'll be a lot of groups speaking out on campus getting in the way between classes.

    The poor guy though. He really didn't deserve that kind of torture.

    The poor guy. This is awful. I couldn't imagine being trapped in a cell for five days, no wonder his mind started to slip. I hope he get's justice. ​

    I really hope he plans on suing their asses. He didn't deserve that.

    seriously? How do you forget someone is in a cell? It's not like you go on a coffee break, leave for vacation for a few days, come back, see a guy in a cell and then suddenly remember "oh yeah, I was supposed to watch this guy. Oops."
    Man, the DEA screwed up big time. I call law suit.
