Kingdom Hearts Strike Raid Sora?

One of my friends said that he found a way to use an Ultimate Strike Raid.

Appearently you need to enter a boss battle, get 15 techs without dealing or receiving damage between them, and then activate strike raid. After this Sora should throw his keyblade once like normal then levitate into the air calling back his keyblade and summoning a new one preforming a Dual strike raid. After this Stike Raid would leave your abilities menu and take it's AP with it.

I'm having trouble believing this but my friend hasn't been known to lie to me before. Have any of you even heard of something like this happening?

 

I haven't heard of that before. And I don't feel like trying. It sounds difficult. (I have never been good at timing Guard.)

If it is, then it's a glitch.

 

Guard is too easy for this appearently. You get techs when you deflect the opponent's attack with your own. (Note: Even if the screen reads tech 27 or some such thing when you do it it only counts as one)

 

no it doesnt happen, ive used S.R. in battles with the ice titan and i get hella tech points by guarding his icicle shots(my fastest way to level up)

 

With that happening it's either true or it's not. there is absolutly no way Square could of had a glitch that huge and realistic.

yeah but if you gurad against the ice titan you hit him breaking the requirements.

btw I'm about as sure as you guys about this being false I'm just playing Devil's advacite on behalf of my friend. I would be willing to bet this is false. I let you guys know if he ever does it while I'm there.

 

it sounds really fake....is it even possible to get 15 techs without dealing damage? cuz techs mean u deflected the attack, and wheneverr you deflect an attack, it gets sent straight back where it came from....

Very False. I just tried your 'preconditions' and Strike raid was absolutely the same, no difference, sorry, but your friend made it up.

 

What that person said is not true. It's another fake thing that people spread about games so others waste time trying to do the thing until they realize it's false. If it existed, it would be on gamefaq or in the guides.

 

I figured as such. If it was even partially true I thought someone here would know though. I'll try first hand when I get my game back.

 

Hey, YEAH! I did that trick before! It's actually pretty cool, I made him call Fenrir to use Double Strike Raid on Cloud in Olympus Collesium, it was cool! Cloud was in midair, I was in midair, Cloud was about to crash onto the ground, then I threw my keyblades at him and it knocked him into the seats! It was like Epic Air Combat or something.:woohoo:

Of course, I forgot how to do it, but my cousin was just sitting there staring at me like mad and surprised at the same time, surprised I did the trick, mad because he lost his favorite move. After that, I died against Sephiroth and my cousin laughed.

Of course, I MIGHT have been asleep when it happened, I tried it after I woke up the next day and nothing happened. Or, i was high on SODA!!! Haha, I had like 13 Coca Colas that night.

 

I still doubt it, but I don't want to completely abandon it because of the Mortal Combat effect.

For those of you who don't know what I mean, the Mortal Combat games are filled with overly precise secrets like this. When someone talks about it they basically just get called an idiot, and when someone who denied it finds out it's true they don't talk just so they won't sound like a hypocrite.


My friend also revealed a just as crazy way to obtain strike raid, which would make this more plausible and easier to prove right or wrong. Same rules as before, but now it’s 20 techs on any enemy and you obviously don’t activate strike raid at the end. Berserk large bodies should be very useful for this.

Notice how badly you failed? I attempted it earlier this morning and failed miserably. Now I KNOW it's a fake. That, and mixt is right, the Mortal Combat-ish effect to it does look cool. To bad you rip your enemy's head off and smash it on the floor then rip their dead carcass to shreads with your bear hands. I wish they kept that trick on Baraka....

Anyhoo, I don't know if the 20 Tech before use is real either, it just sounds... WRONG, to me. I just-It sounds just WRONG is all.

 

Ok, since i've never even heard of this trick & it seems to be fake, i'm gonna go ahead & close this.
