Story time with Jube: Hellstar Remina

I understand what you guys are trying to say. I really do. I know these people are crazy - religious or not - but they had the person they wanted to kill right in front of them. She escaped them twice now, why do all this "hunting her down" stuff when that's what they've been doing? Why risk her escaping again and have to track her down... again? They know the Cosmic Horror that is currently setting its eyes on Earth is going to eat them and that (according to some random nutjobs) killing Remina will save the world, so why?

I'm liking the story, don't get me wrong, I can get them thinking killing Remina and her dad will help. I do. I'm just wondering why they just don't, ya know, kill her.

 

You're right about the part where they let her run for sure, but the cross for example is what would actually happen.

They let her run so the plot could continue.

 

Yeah, I suppose if they just killed her the story would just end... I'll just relax and enjoy the story, and try my hardest to not point out stuff.

 

Makaze already said why they let her run. They're insane and they want to feel excitement in letting her go and chasing her. The dude decided to do this for the story, and that's the explanation on why the loonies are chasing her. Blaming Remina is just an excuse of trying to keep their sanity, but it's actually making them more insane.


This manga is more about the true nature of human beings.

Same really. You can critisize things for their little or big flaws, leaps in logic, etc. and still enjoy them. As I said, I'm liking Hellstar Remina despite my complaints.
