Stones of Fate

Cathy nodded back and closed her eyes then let her mind roam the land.

 

Lilly tried to save some of her energy to help Matt too.

 

Cathy got up and walked over to matt, she checked for a heart beat and then rolled him over.

 

Lilly wasn't sure if she could do any more of Rob if she wanted to help Matt. So she stood up and walked over to Matt and started to heal him.

 

Kain kept fending off the remaining puppets. He made a circle around him and the puppets and closed it up, slicing most of the puppets around him. He looked behind him and saw Lilly healing Matt.''Well, glad to see they've got everything under control.'', he muttered

 

"do you want me to do anything?" she asked

 

" No I think it's ok. Thank you though." Lilly said slowly draining her energy.

 

"Lilly don't heal them completly. you probably need your energy later"Velox said appering out of thin air

 

Cathy looked at kain and wondered if she should help out then she shook her head and walked towards the door.

 

Lilly nodded. Then quickly finished up healing Matt. Even though she didn't heal them completly she was still tired.

 

"i think we need a break and some lunch." Cathy said.

 

" That's for sure." Lilly said looking up at Cathy.

 

Velox looked to the sky "I'll be leaving again,See you two later"Velox said as he disappeared

 

" Oh um ok bye." Lilly said.

 

Matt did not say a word, though he was still concious. The effects of the kanzite had still effected him, and he felt as if he drank 40 beers. (kanzite, incase you don't know, basicly makes a person feel like they are really drunk. Not a big time stone, but definatly useful).

Zed dissapeared during the commotion of the puppets, and the destroyed puppet's body parts began to dissapear as if being split into particles.

Rob started to get up, now feeling better. "Dammit. Should've known." he muttered. That diamond is way to dangerous"

John spied on everyone from atop a building, using the binoculars as usual. "Dam, these kids are good. Lucky for them, we have to cover all this **** up"

 

Lilly was still sitting next to matt when she noticed Rob get up. " Oh good how are you feeling?" She asked.

 

Kain was panting, tired from fighting off all those puppets. He sat down on a seat and took a deep breath.''Ok, I'm just gonna hang here for a while to catch my breath.''

 

"Better then before. He got away, right?" rob asked

 

Lilly nodded slowly. " Yes sorry." She said softly.

 

"This is the first time you guys encountered zed. If I were to blame you, then I would have to blame myself. How's matt" he asked
