Stones of Fate

"THank you" matt said as he walked over to the phone, and called up the hospital. After 15 minutes, he hung up, and said "When they come, then I will get my things, ok. Thank you again" matt said, before he left to go to the guest room

 

Laulite sat at his desk, doing his homework. It didn't take long for him to finish all of it, so he switched on the flat screen tv in his room. He layed down on his bed and took out the necklace. This is so strange. I think I will have to talk to Rob again tomorrow.

 

After awhile, the hospital staff came by, and dropped off matt's stuff, matt picked up his stuff, and walked back to his house, setting everything up in the guest room. He then layed back on his bed, feeling sort of exhausted. "Wow, what a pain" matt said, looking outside the window. It had gotten dark out

 

" Lilly why are you doing all this?" Her mom asked her once Matt was upstairs. " Well mom I feel bad for him. I know what it's like to be put up for adoption." Lilly said. " Ohhh honey, I know." She said.

OOC: sooooooo sorry for taking so long to post I'm watching austin powers, my bro wanted me to see it. It's funny but kinda stupid, actually really stupid.

Kain woke up in a bit of a daze. He must've fallen asleep in the cafeteria.''WHat time is it? I gotta go, man.''
As he was walking down the hall, he was touching the Mica in his pocket.''All this trouble over a rock. At least those tieves haen't shown up in some time. I'm gonna go crazy if I don't have somebody to talk to though.'' He let out a small chuckle and kept walking.

 

Matt sighed as he closed his eyes, wanting to rest only for a short bit. It was still only 7 at night, so it wasn't exsactly the kind of time that he would want to go to sleep.

" I'm going to go see if he's all settled in." Lilly said and walked upstairs. Her mom chuckled and went into the kitchen. Lilly knocked on the door, " Matt?" She asked.

 

"Ya?" matt asked, as he gave a yawn. He was almost asleep to.

 

" Sorry to distrub you I just wanted to know how you were doing." She said.

 

Laulite suddenly remembered something. That girl...Lilly...she was also talking with Rob! Does that mean she has stones too? Maybe she could tell me more about what Rob was talking about. He was about to go look up her phone number, when he realized that she may not know anything about the stones, so he would be revealing something that seemed like a secret. I should wait until I talk with Rob again. He frowned and layed back down on his bed, the tv volume turned low so it won't disturb him. If I talk to him again. It could be yet another practical joke on me. He shook his head. The fire was real, though. It appeared out of nowhere and didn't burn him, but was hot enough to burn the plastic wrapper. He clutched the necklace tighter. I do not know what to think.

 

"I'm just fine" matt said. "Just was tryen to rest a little"

 

" Oh sorry." Lilly said feeling bad and walked away.

 

Kain was walking through the park. It was pretty dark out for 7 o'clock.He took a seat on the bench because he was feeling a bit dizzy.''That guy mentioned that the stones react in a certain condition. Does that mean that at some point, this thing will act up too? Well, aren't I in for a treat.'' He sighed and sat back, wondering what would happen next.

 

Matt layed back. "I didn't want her to be sorry about it" he mumbled


"I will tell you what to think then" a man's voice said within laulite

 

Lilly walked down the hall to Laura's room. " Hey Laura. Laura?" She asked, there was no reply. She ran down the stairs and into the living room. " Mom where's Laura?" She asked. " She's at a friends house, spending the night. Why are you so worked up, you usually don't care if she's gagging on the kitchen floor." Her mom said joking around with her. " Oh I was just wondering." Lilly said. But she knew that she was over-reacting and she didn't know why. " Um I'll be in my room." She said and walked up to her room.

 

Laulite jumped up. "What?" He looked around the room, but nobody was there, "Who is speaking?"

In the darkness of the night, a whistling could be heard in the park, as what seemed to be a small fire in the air was approaching kain, and behind it, was rob.

ooc: ok. I mean, I will just say that I couldn't promise you the sword if you switched over, but I could tell you this. Once this thread really kicks in, then you might have a chance to take the stone. I mean, everyone is gonna end up getting more stones, don't worry
