Stones of Fate

"Ummmm, I actually was the one that said that to Lin" rob said, waving his hand as if to tell Lilly that he was there to.

 

Cathy rolled her eye and looked at Kain, because the world is a harsh place. She thought loudly, so kain could hear her thought as well.

 

Laulite didn't say a word. He wasn't really paying attention to anyone. It is logical to choose the elevator, so why do I feel so horrible? He frowned. Oh ya, elevators make me sick. Lin sighed. Logical choices are better choices, but that wouldn't stop me from getting sick

 

" Well I'm going." Lilly said and started heading up the stairs.

 

Kain chuckled a bit and thought loudly, thinking Cathy would hear. "Oh, so you got that one did you? Ha, nice."

 

"my uncle used to whistle it when i had a fight." Cathy said simply.

 

Matt sighed, as he began to slowly walk up the stairs.

The elevator doors closed, and the elevator began to go up

 

Lilly waited for matt at the top of the first flight of stairs. " I wonder why he made you go?" She said.

 

Kain raised his eyebrows and smirked. "No kidding? Heh, small world."

 

Cathy closed her eyes out of boredom, and asked "why were we let out so quickly?"

 

"Me and john finished talking before, and he didn't trust you guys just walking around the place. I am afraid that I cannot tell you what was discussed though" rob said. "I can tell you this though. It is about time that you guys start to learn how to unlock your stones potential"

Matt sighed as he kept walking up the stairs, remaining quiet. He seemed to be deep in thought, like before

 

" Matt what's up with you?" She asked.

 

"what do you mean?" Cathy asked, still with her eyes closed.

 

"Well cathy, before when I was threatening matt, I was using those two arms as an example. That was no ability, I assure you. That is a natural effect of when I was able to unlock my stones powers just a bit more" rob said. "The second stage of growth that the stones allow, change the person physicly, making them less human, and more........well, the evolution that they are going through, though they can turn back to normal whenever they want" rob said.

"Huh?" matt asked, as if he wasn't even listening at first to what Lilly had said

 

Lilly sighed. " Never mind." She said.

 

"Whatever" matt said, as he took notice to the fact that most of the stair way had barely any lighting to it. He began to take one flash step after anouther, moving up flights of stairs quite easily

 

Lilly also used flash step.

 

"about the second stage i still don't get it." Cathy asked abit confused.

 

"Ah yes. Well use me as an example. Before, the least I could really do was make a flamethrower out of my breath, and make great balls of fire" rob said. "Now, I have cause to be able to manipulate my element a bit more. In a sense, I will give you an explanation of a very minor attack of mine. Whenever I make a fire ball in the first stage, I can only throw it, but in the second stage, I am not just able to throw it, but I can make it split apart into two, which if I were to say, throw it into the air, well, by the time it began to come down to the ground, there could be about 50 fire balls falling towards the enemy, though it would not be very accurate" rob siad

Matt sighed, looking as if he was in his little thinking stage again, as he went up the flights of stairs

 

Lilly was starting to get tired. But she didn't want to show that she was weak so she continued.
