Stones of Fate

" Then get some sleep." Lilly said softly, as she continued to heal her foot.

 

"Ya right. Someone has to keep things under control around here, and like hell I am gonna sleep and leave YOU in charge" matt said. He seemed to actualy be acting a bit more childish then usual for some reason.

 

" Alright fine. I'll get some sleep." Lilly said once she was finished healing herself. She gently laid her head agianst the wall and closed her eyes.

 

Laulite twitched. He looked up as a drop of water landed on his nose. He quickly moved out from under the droplets, but he was slightly wet. Lin clearly looked pissed off. White. Boring. And now, Wet.

 

"This can't get worse......" Xane said as he saw the water drop from the ceiling.

BIC: Seth continued walking

 

Matt, now knowing that Lilly was going to sleep, just stared up at the cieling. He seemed as if he was totally locked in thought. It was strange

 

"I need food....." Xane said.

Meanwhile....

El Toro Mal arrived at the military base......

 

Lilly opened one eye to look at him. Then she opened both. " W..what are you doing?" She asked quietly.

Matt didn't answer. It was as if he was in a transe.

Toro Mal waited for a soldier to greet him.

Laulite was not happy. He was leaning against one of the walls. frowning. I hate this. I am bored, wet, and stuck in an uninteresting room with someone I could do without.

 

"So......" Xane asked Lit..."What are you doing, looking for the stones?"

 

ooc: they gonna get saved tommorow, don't worry, but until then I think I gonna let you two entertain me with your fights. THe most rational person on the thread with the least rational, lol

BIC: Xane waited for an answer...

 

Laulite looked at Xane and tried not to roll his eyes. "What do you think I'm doing? Isn't it obvious?" Apparently not, considering he had to ask. He sighed, "Of course I am involved with the stones. I would not be here if I wasn't."

 

"No, I meant why are you looking for the stones?" Xane asked.

 

Laulite looked at Xane. He didn't speak for a moment, then, when he did, his words were soft and carefully said, "Why? I suppose it was because I was bored, tired of the same thing over and over. I wanted excitement. When I learned about the stones, I found it, but also found power. I suppose I search for more stones is because I want more power, to be able to control my situations." Lin laughed dryly. "Though, it did not help my life at all. I stand here bored, and powerless." I crave the powers of the stones. It makes me feel wonderful. Now I am captured, I want, no, need more power. How to get it, though?

 

"That's kinda like me! I just wanted adventure..." Xane said.

 

Velox arrived in iraq, he had managed to escape from his parents and where looking for his friends.
