I have 7 games that I've only played for like, 10 minutes, and two that I haven't even played yet. You know, Im gonna start playing them more often now.
This is one reason I'm scared to become a PC gamer. I'm afraid Steam would somehow seduce me into buying like 5 games I won't even remember buying the next day. XD
I know that feel, bro. I'm just glad I was broke during the Christmas sale. I would've spent so much money >_>
I tried it, and maybe it was just the map, but I didn't like it too much. It was just an open field with two sides going straight towards each other. I also don't like how you're forces can run away from the battle. I'm going to go back and give it another shot, but I'm too busy playing Company of Heroes.
You're too busy Company of Heroes, Deus Ex, Deux Ex: Human Revolution, Skyrim and The Witcher. CHOOSE ALREADY. But who am I to judge. I'm juggling like 10 games at the moment.
RTS is a specific genre that doesn't speak to everyone, but it's incredibly satisfying. If you're not up for the campaign, choose the historical battles or random battles they are difficult yet rewarding. Really do the tutorials first, especially confusing especially if it's your first Total War game. It's a tough learning curve but satisfying.
I love RTS games. I'm just not big on this one. I've played Empire: Total War, but I could use a refresher as far as how things work.
Ah, then you'll be fine. Just a bit of commitment and brushing up and it'll be like your back in those bloody shoes.
