    anyone eve seen this movie, comes on syfy every once in a while. it's about these people playing an underground game, and when they die in the game, they die the same way in real life.

    It's not too recent, but not too old, I don't feel like lookin it up...
    the movie could have been better, especially had a different villain idea, but I liked it. Not many things with Frankie Muniz these days

    It was made in about 2003-2004. I remember being part of a group to see that movie, and since i was in middle school, it was my first so I remember it.

    I thought it was interesting. I just think it was a way saying that original ideas are starting to fall through the floor. But somehow, they started to come back.

    SPOILER (can I do that spoiler thing?)

    So pissed when my favorite character died. She didn't even technically die in the game! UR! I think her name was October? Or some other month.

    Not really worth taking any effort to watch it, though I do remember there being a reference to Silent Hill.

    Yeah. It's a pretty good movie. I like how they based a lot of things off of Fatal Frame, and the line at the begining about fatal frame was lolz.

    There was a reference to silent hill?

    Yeah I'm very easily scared and I wasn't fazed at all by it.

    Once you get past the ridiculousness of the character's names and the fact that Frankie Muniez (sp?) is in it it's an okay movie. I haven't seen the whole thing though.

    I really didn't find it all that scary. It was a movie. about something that would probably NEVER happen. It didn't make complete sense on why the ghost projected herself and such into a video game.

    I have the unrated dvd of it. You see a lot more blood/gore in it than in the theatrical version, especially in the opening sequence.

    Oh, interesting. I might check it out; this sounds like it's right down my alley.

    Oh and by the way, was SyFy always SyFy, or is it just SciFi (with the Saturn on the logo) with a new logo? >>;

    I saw the movie and it didn't do anything for me. I thought the actors were terrible and the storyline was weak. But that's just me. <:
