I have to agree with Darwatch and Cin.

Filters should only be used at the start of the tag for a nice background (exception and blur, sharpen, noise and special filters), unless you really know how to work with them.

 

It really isn't good sorry and i don't like all the lines or whatever those are it makes it look...strange​

Too many filters, i would say, add more colors to it, and the focal is all messed up, it dosen't really look finished, just take of the filter, and add a few more colors, and fix the focal
