I'm just gonna say this once, I have indeed only made five chapters, so don't make any mistake with this if you think I've made a sixth yet, I've been having a long writers block with this story really, and my idea for the sixth chapter, which are known as episodes, have been strained on. But I hope you enjoy the first episode. Now, let us begin with our main character, Avian Skie, a clone who isn't one at all, who has the mysterious powers of the force, but a plot twist, he can't use these force powers(push, pull, etc.) all he can use is the Future Force, to see into the future, at least to his future. So, lets begin in space, shall we? Oh, and there will be no Chapter Titles, just for the ones to know. Episode 1Traveling through space may do ghastly things to a man. Those things might harm you, corrupt you, maybe...maybe even destroy you. Although, this was never the case in my story.I remember so clearly, how the droids had fought against my fleet, against us, the republic, harsh times, cruel times, even that of dark times. Well...anyway, my ship, the M-1953Z, or otherwise called "Phear The Reaper", for its massive size and power, it mostly never mattered what name it was given or called, it was still my ship. Though it was neither the fastest or the slowest, I'd probably was the only one to ever be in it at all times, besides the Sergent or either the few cadets in it. "Sergeant," Nel Crevage began "the droids, they are all but gone. They mostly have their ship, but they only have at least five or fewer units left but-" "How many of our men are left at the ready, private?" Sergent Skin interrupted. Grivage was somehow taken aback by how calm and cool the Sergent looked and felt in his presence "Well, I would say we at least have ten at the ready, if you include General Skie, that makes eleven men total, Sir." Grivage replied. Sergent Kevin Skin sighed heavily at the response "Do not use Avian Skie, he will only be a small burden on the battle-" "Do I need to listen to an old vision of what happened the last time, Skin, last I checked, I lived in that last fight." I replied coldly. "Sir, I remember the last time, your lungs almost made you lose your life in that last battle in space...you should-" "I do not need your pity, Sergent, what I need is to destroy the remaining few droids out there...maybe even take out Grievous and Count Dooku at the same time on that ship if they are there, so leave me be and let me do what I do best at!" I exclaimed towards Skin. I walked away to the elevator in anger as I looked out the window, where the remaining few battle droids and clone troopers remained, I counted three for the droids that were left, five for my troops. "I wonder...if this war is over, this separatist rebellion, the droids, the two General's that are still alive for now...what happens after?" I murmured. "That is hard to know, no one can really say whether or not the separatist rebellion will end, or when they run out of droids. Who can say really when it will end?" General Kenobi replied coolly. "And I wasn't talking to you, now was I? So stop hearing what you hear from me." I replied coldly as I walked past Kenobi. Obiwan Kenobi, my Commander-and-Chief of my fleet, he was also the one I couldn't stand the most in this ship, besides Skin of course. It could be that he was the only one who could use the force fully, while I could not. I knew the ways of the force, yet the only thing I could do with it was use the "Future Force", pain in the butt it was to use too, this is the same force power that almost made me lose my life in the space battle over Geonosis, a real pain that mission was, and let me tell you, I wasn't even a clone. I may have somewhat looked almost like one, but there was a key difference when it comes to taking a good look from me to the clones. The only thing that was different about me from them was that I was the only one who could use all the weapons, the other clones could only use the weapons they were given, I could use everyone of their weapons. Now back to reality, I was in the elevator, which was a long wait believe me. I had to wait for thirty feet to get down to the hangar. Now as soon as I walked out of the elevator, I had a "Future Flash", a small bit of what was to come of the future. "Hm?" I shook my head as I just took that little incident of what I saw had or might already happened, knowing it might have been nothing. Now, getting to the hangar was easy, knowing someone took your ship in the hanger while you're looking for it, is harder than what anyone can imagine. "Private Stark Stinghs," I said "do you happen to know where my ship is?" I stood in front of him after looking for an hour or more, but in reality, it was only five minutes, I'm not so much good on patience. Now Private Stinghs was a fine young man, he was either the same age as every other clone, or I've been seeing double the age in him, yet a bit nerve-wrecking when he couldn't act like the other clones "Well, uhh, I might know, do you wish to-" "Yes! I would so much like to know right now!" I cut him off. I grabbed him by the collar as I pulled him towards my face, which was angry as heck. "Where, The, Hell, Is, My, Ship?" I gritted in anger. "O-Officer Stark Ghan had, during..." Private Stingh stopped, how could he stop and say that my ship was used in battle? Simple, he just did it. "During the battle...during this battle?" I asked, Stingh shook his head. I sighed heavily, knowing that my ship was either gone or I never knew it was gone. "Having a bit of Starship troubles, Sir?" NX-315, or known as Nexter (My Droid). "Well, kind of...I actually think my ship was stolen. Can you believe that?" I exclaimed as I let go of Private Stingh's collar. "Say, Nexter, didn't you start making a ship, at least for combat?" I asked. "As a matter of fact, I have finished working on an old starship model, Sir, but the only thing that left to be done is to give it a name." Nexter replied in that monotone-like voice of his. "Name-shmame, let me use that ship and I'll think of the name later after this battle is over!" I exclaimed. "Deal." And just like that, he lead me to the ship he had been working on. After looking at the Blood Red-like paint on the wings, the chrome painted hub, and everything else a starship that was a pile of scrap, was turned into this. As far as the power-core went, I had to say, "This ship is awesome!" But I couldn't, it was...beneath me for some reason, still, the ship was in better ways than one old rust bucket. "So, Nexter, I think we should get this thing flying, like, now?" I said to him. Nexter opened the gate that we were in, and just like that, I was flying in an old rust bucket made better, the controls were pretty much decent but still, they were like crap to me. Think about it, you're in a space battle, there are two droid battle ships trying to fire at you and you actually have a bit of ammo in the ship you're in. But guess what, that doesn't happen, instead, your droid forgets to refill your energy weapons and not your secondary weapons, sucks to be me right now. Well, not really, anyway, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, the only thing was wrong was my lungs, they burned, it was because of the artificial air in this ship, my lungs are so used to Carbon Dioxide in the air that my lungs are so filthy that this fake air that I'm breathing slowly kills me, tough break there. Well, the fight was pretty much dead wait, the droids were acting funny when I only took two shots to them, they just moved slowly as my missiles hit them, not much fun there, so I head back to "Phear", problem is, my engines are cut out, guess the droids did that, no wonder their ship wasn't anywhere to be seen. "Sir, are you in need of assistance?" Skin asked, like he needed to ask that question. "Well, one, my lungs are burning as hell, and two, get my engines are blown, now get me back in my ship!" I cried. "Your ship?, I'm sorry, but it happens to be our ship, if you've forgotten?" Obiwan replied. "Just get me back in the ship!" I exclaimed, obviously, this whole thing about me and him working together, wasn't working. After the few minutes that went by while I stayed in the small cockpit of the ship, it wasn't much fun from there but it did feel like a long wait for them to pick up my ship, seemingly, I was about to name this ship "Crimson Fire" for its speedy blaze on the secondary weapons, not its first, How am I suppose to know whether this ship has powerful primary weapons? I thought. Even after that battle, I just sat there, stuck to my seat waiting for the ship, and just like that, I was meditating. I actually could see the visions of the future of what was yet to come, seemingly, it wasn't good for any of the Jedi, not even Obiwan would survive. After that meditative state, I was in the hangar of the ship. As soon as I was in my ship's hangar, I immediately got out of Crimson Fire, as soon as I did, Obiwan was standing there. "I sensed that you're uneven, was something wrong? Besides your lungs." He questioned in a cold manner, hardly obvious. I jumped out of my ship, sure I was uneven, but still, I couldn't feel pain at this point "If you're using your force sensing powers, then I suggest using them for something useful, like fortune telling." I replied even colder than him, making an angered look in my eyes. Even he didn't like the idea of being on this ship with me or Skin. Complete opposites do have something in common, we both stared at each other until one of the Troopers came walking up to us and said. "General's, we've got a distress signal from Coruscant!" ____________________________________________________ Well, either names goes, I for one saw a lot of things that needed to be changed, as for the other chapters, you will wait, for I will only post one chapter each week, except six, since I haven't had a good thought about Episode 6 yet. Or at least how to start it. CnC? If I wanted to change and put a double space to the first parts of it, I would, but I will not.
I think it waz pretty good Entity . . . just one problem . . . the font I had to highlight it to read it, but other than that it waz good A+ And oh yea . . . FIRST POST!!!!!!! (I never got to do that lol)
Interesting main character and writing choice to go first person, especially inside of the Star Wars universe. I might suggest double spacing paragraphs, but other than that, i'm liking this. There aren't that many Star Wars stories on this forum, but I want to read more.
Well, I see people have seen this for what it's worth, and yes, I can't double space, never really thought about it actually. I started this during summer break, so I'd rather not go back and double space, sorry if I don't double space this Chapter. Well, lets hope it's what you people see and want. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Episode 2And straight from the horses mouth, Kenobi and I said the same thing, "From the council?!", which in fact was highly rare between us. Well as far as that went, I had no anticipation for sympathy at the moment as me and Obiwan were heading towards a meeting with some of the Jedi Council members, Master Mace Windu, Apprentice Asoka, and pretty much Master Yoda was mostly in many of these kinds of meetings, except Asoka was much like someone I know. "Still hard to understand why Coruscant needs our help, isn't General Tyrano's squadron in that sector?" I asked Obiwan, which I highly always never ask at all, most of the time. "Well, if he is, he's got quite the brains for anger and hate on most things." Obiwan replied. " "Much like the dark-side" as you always say...pity he's got no manners." I said, we both smirked. We were soon in the session room as Chancellor Palpatine was just making a statement. "Ahh, General Skie and Master Obiwan, glad you could come." Windu said as he looked at us both stonily. "Hard to believe, it is. Not one but two General's are in the same squadron." Yoda said as he smiled. "Back to business, gentlemen. We are in dire need here on Coruscant, it seems that droid battleships have entered this sector "un-invited"." Palpatine said. I just sighed and rolled my eyes "So, you want me and Obiwan to go down there with my, I mean, our ship?" they all nodded. "Great." I smirked. It still was an easy enough assignment, take down a few droid battleships and get out of there alive and in tact. I looked at Obiwan "Tell me, Obiwan, what makes you think that this isn't a tra-" "Of course its a trap, what else could it be then, send us away from our post and get us away from Kamino, I think not...we'll just wait and see if Coruscant will contact us again." Obiwan said with dignity, he was a bit uneven at what he said, still, it wasn't like him to leave Coruscant defenseless. I stood there while he walked away "How...how can anyone think like that? Well, besides Tyrano, Obiwan wouldn't think like that, never think like that...something is bothering him other than that of a trap." I muttered to myself. Is it because he knows that it is a trap, he won't go? Is Grievous there? Is he scared? Why was I thinking like this? It was never in me to doubt a Jedi, never doubt a Jedi, still, Obiwan was not acting like himself. I think I felt something myself, I was feeling cold, hurt, and uneven...it felt like my body was about to have a breakdown. "Master Ploukuun..." I murmured. As Obiwan was now walking back towards me when I almost asked him about Ploukuun but he walked by and asked the Lieutenant to let him into the session room where I followed as he asked to speak with Master Yoda. "What has happened to Master Ploukuun?" Obiwan asked Yoda. Yoda himself felt the same way, uneven. "One with the force, Ploukuun, is." Yoda said sadly, I couldn't tell if he was saddened or uneven now. I stepped beside Obiwan "Master Yoda, if Ploukuun is in fact, dead, what are we going to do now?" I asked as my stomach started to churn. Yoda just groaned in a sighing way as he had his eyes closed, it was a long time before me and Kenobi heard from him "A loss, this is, but we must move on." he finally said as we both nodded, I did, but Obiwan bowed. We both walked away again, never said anything for a while until we both went opposite ways. I could still feel pain, the unevenness of it all, it was hard to believe that someone could kill General Ploukuun, could've been a droid too, but hard to believe that too. "Ngh, I don't believe this." I pounded my fist on the wall next to me, never felt a thing, until I started walking again "Ow..." I muttered, never saying it out loud. At just the moment I was in the hallway to the bridge, a distress signal from where I was standing began to act up on its own, I ran to the bridge and asked the Admiral "What's the problem this time?". "Separatist fleet over Coruscant." he replied. Guess Palpatine wasn't lying. I told the Admiral to make a warp jump to Coruscant, he did as directed. I would have to worry about Ploukuun later, right now, I needed to get to Coruscant and save her. "I'll go find General-" "I heard, so, do you honestly think that it still isn't a trap? Or should we just walk into it?" Kenobi said as he crossed his arms. "We'll just have to follow our gut instincts and say it isn't a trap." I replied in a cold tone, I crossed my arms as well, we both looked at each other coldly, like back in the hangar. We were soon there, over Coruscant, Palpatine wasn't lying and I had looked to my left to see Tyrano's fleet "I'm going, I'll head down to the surface of Coruscant to see if some droids have gone there, Kenobi?" I asked but he already knew, so he nodded. I ran towards the elevator, knowing that some droids were probably on the planet by now. As soon as I was in the Hangar, I asked Nexter to ready the Crimson Fire, it was already there and no Nexter was there to be found "Huh, that's odd, he should be in the hangar at all times." I questioned myself but didn't let it bother me. I hopped into the Crimson Fire and the engines were only at half power "Damn, Nexter." I grumbled as I started to leave and headed to the surface of Coruscant. I landed on a platform where no droids or anything was on fire or being fired at, I jumped out of my ship, still didn't get used to the fake air that was on this planet, still, it didn't get to my lungs, I looked around my surrounding and, well, as you could imagine, she was standing on that platform in front of me, crossing her arms and looking at me angrily, I just looked away as I scratched the back of my neck and I could hear her running towards me as she hugged me hard, I hugged back and I could tell, she was crying "How you doing, 'Kurly'?" I asked, she just hugged me harder, I could barely feel my back anymore. "I told you never to call me that anymore, Avian." she replied. I smiled "Okay, Maris." We both stood there before I did hear droid footsteps "Maris, do you have your light saber's with you?" I asked, she nodded and turned around as she readied her light saber's. I readied my Command pistol, soon there were ten droids there, firing as I shot down five, Maris took down about the rest. "Still got it!" I said with excitement "So, Maris, what made you think I was here?" I asked and she just kept her light saber's out. My smile faded and I kept my surroundings open "Still more?" I asked, I looked back at her and she nodded. "We should leave, now." she said as we both ran for the elevator and when I looked back, Crimson Fire was up in smoke, literally. We both stood in that elevator, not talking until I asked "Maris, should we just hide at your place for a while? Until this droid invasion is over?" she nodded and put her light saber's away, she looked at me and stopped the elevator with her boot. "Is something wrong?" I asked, she shook her head and held mine in her hands and kissed my lips, I was a bit taken aback by this, but I kissed back. Felt like an eternity since me and her kissed. She pulled back and finally said "Avian, you know this war is meaningless to everyone." she pulled herself over my chest "I don't need you to die in this fight, over a meaningless battle." she whispered and started to cry a bit. I brushed her hair with my hand and we just stood like that for over five minutes until the elevator started moving again, this time, back up. "Crap." I said as she tried to stop it again, didn't work. "We're not in a good position, are we?" I asked, like I needed too. She just took out her light saber's and I took out my pistol. We soon were about to find out if either it was still the droids or the few General's I met earlier. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yes, since it's the beginning and end of the week, I put it up, so, every Sunday, I shall put the next chapter up. Except Episode 6, only got the opening, no middle or end yet. Well, anyway, CNC?
Very nice story. It's very detailed. Who is the main character talking... Anican. Sorry if I misspelled... I don't know much about SW. I watch the movies though... anyway great story!
New Chapter Episode 3As soon as we were up there, Maris and I had our weapons ready, all we saw was smoke and broken up droids. I kept my gun ready just in case, never letting it go, soon I saw two figures, both with lightsabers "Who's there?" I called out to the strangers. They both put their lightsabers away and walked toward me, Maris was behind me, just in case there was trouble "I ask again, who's there?" I called out, both strangers walked towards me still and like that it was Master Windu and Shak'tii. Both General's were there, still, a sight for sore eyes to see both there in front of me. "General Skie, Maris Brood, I need you both to come with us to the Jedi temple, quickly now." Windu said, we both followed them. I put my gun away and just like that, we were safe, for now, I still don't know if anyone was even good ot fight in this battle on Coruscant, so I asked in ignorance "General Windu, General Shak'tii...I need to ask, what made the droids come here?" even they had no idea. "Just as you know, we don't...we don't know why they are here." Shak'tii replied, then it hit me. "Palpatine...they're here because of Palpatine...and I think that's why they are here." I said as they all looked at me, this elevator was about to get a bit bumpy, literally. "Meet us at the temple after you find Palpatine." Windu yelled, the elevator doors opened and the wind was harshest on me that it almost took my breath away. "We'll meet you later masters." Maris said as she bowed to them and they both jumped out of the elevator, landing on two hover cars, seperately. "Our turn next." I said as I held her hand and we both jumped out, landing on a huge hovertruck, hard to believe that it was there and it was real. "Okay, first we need to tell the driver to get us to the Senate, fast." I said and Maris was already on it, throwing the driver out and using the force to put him on another hover-vehicle. I jumped in the other side "You should really think before acting." I said, she didn't glare and I sighed. It was a silent trip, very silent so I had to say something "Maris, what's wrong, you're not suppose to act like this towards me." I looked at her and she was now pulling the vehicle into a hangar of a building, where she parked it. "Maris?" I asked and she pushed me down on the seat, grabbing my gun and holding to my face "Maris?!" I exclaimed and I almost was ready to push her off, she started laughing and that only made things worse for me. "Chill out, Avian, just trying to have some fun with you, now lets move." Maris said and she put my gun back in my holster. I had almost fainted, but I knew better than to faint in front of her, it meant a sign of weakness. We both were near the Senate building, only like, about five hundred thousand feet from where we were. "Maris, you had best know where you are going?" I exclaimed and she just held my hand, I knew what that meant, free fall. But I was wrong, she still stood there holding my hand and pulled me over to the door next to us, walked in and ran down a flight of stairs, about, a hundred feet of stairs, long trip "Maris, what are you-" "Just follow me, I know a short cut!" she exclaimed and I followed as I was pulled into a broom closet, what a surprise. "Maris is this neccessary?" I asked and she just started to kiss me, not the point of what helping the Chanselor meant to her, guess it didn't matter for right now, she was alone and hadn't felt different from when I met her. A lost little girl who had no family at that point, and we both knew it wasn't love at first sight, but I could feel she was different from other Jedi and children. Just then an explosion opened the back of the broom closet "Maris, lets get the heck out of here!" I exclaimed and she agreed as she pulled me out the opposite way of the door, the hole in the wall, just what I needed, more fun-filled joy from her mind. We were free-falling this time, and nothing was out in this direction but a whole lot of droid ships that we landed on, they didn't notice at all at that point. Maris and I were at the Senate building where the Chancellor was being taken hostage by General Greivous, not a surprise, considering the fact that it was the Chancelor who became the Emperor in my vision a few hours ago. "Maris," I whispered "I should tell you not to interfere at this point, it would be unwise, and dangerous, do you understand?" I was looking at her and she nodded. Soon, the droid ship stopped and hovered in place where I could hear what Greivous and the Chancellor were talking about. "You must know, that this attack will only last for a few moments to minutes on this planet of mine, I suggest you take it into precaution that you may not harm me but take me as a prisoner, for, if say, I was taken as your prisoner I would..." Palpatine soon was passed out by the droid behind him. "This will cost him dearly." Grevious said as he walked into the ship in his clanking body and started coughing as the droids carried Palpatine into the ship and soon the ship left, leaving this ship behind. Maris looked down into the ship, no droid inside, it was on auto-pilot. "They knew we were here, but why would they say things that don't make sense?" she asked and looked at me. I looked at her and sighed, looking away "Just as I thought, a trap...always a trap with these droids." I whispered and jumped over to where the Chancellor and the droid armada was, Maris followed and I saw that there was two Jedi there, both dead, how did I not feel their deaths? Maris however walked past them, not even looking at the bodies. "A trap for them too..." I whispered in sadness and walked over to where Maris stood, she looked at me with sadness in her eyes, she walked over to me and hugged me hard, I could tell she wasn't used to seeing death around her, yet. I held in my arms and soon we were both standing there while droids surrounded us, there was at least twenty of them where we were, it never made a difference what would happen to us, we were better than some no-brained droids. "Maris," I whispered as the droid leader opened his hand. "Destroy them!" the droid exclaimed and soon there was smoke and fire all around us. Maris and I were alive while the droids all lied there, dead as a doornail. Filled with anger and rage, we both were beginning to feel the darkness of the force start to creep around us, it wouldn't matter what was in our way, we'd soon be alive or dead if that happened. "Maris...we need to leave Coruscant now, we'll need a ship to get to my-" I was cut off by the sudden appearance of one of my ships from the Phear. They ordered us to get on, so of course we did, never tell a general to go anywhere but there. We were soon headed to the Phear. Maris and I looked down upon the last glimps of Coruscant and soon we were in the Phear, I will never forget what had happened there. Back to what I felt when I was on the surface of Coruscant, Maris held my hand and soon Obiwan was there, looking at us both. I sighed and he just smirked as he looked at Maris "Maris Brood, been a long time since we last met, how have you been?" Obiwan asked and Maris just looked down, away from his gaze. "Kenobi, Chancellor Palpatine has been kidnapped by General-" "We know, as soon as Grevious entered the battlefield, we headed towards the ship that held the Chancellor and Grevious, so don't worry, Anakin has gone back down to the planet to put the Chancellor back in the rightful place." Obiwan said and walked off, leaving me without a question on what to do next. Me and Maris walked to my quarters were, me and her were unable to figure out what to do next, I had no orders on what to do next, Grevious was still out there, but I had not been given the word to execute Order 66 yet, what has become of this galaxy of ours? "Maris..." I looked up at her, she looked away. "What?" she replied. "I have to tell you...I saw the future of what is to come..." I said and she just kept looking away. "And? Like you had a choice, you already saw the future, and so did I...we're connected in spirit, you know that...I never told anyone about it, never wanted too either..." Maris's voice began to crack up "But you promised...promised no harm would come to any Jedi if we won this war, that's what you said would happened...now look at what your vision brought to me and you, "death to the Jedi", all because the Chancellor was kept alive...why didn't we kill him when we had the chance?!" Maris stood up and pushed me against the wall "Why didn't you kill him, when you had the chance too?" she soon started to swell tears in her eyes, leaving me speechless. I looked away and she let go of my collar "I had no choice, if I had killed the Chancellor at that exact moment, it would brand me a traitor to the Republic and to this war..." I exclaimed out of sadness, knowing my mistake. "You could have killed him and blamed a droid...or a malfunction on your weapon..." Maris sat on my bed, looking at the decaying-like metal I so dearly hated to see there, always this ship had problems, I had started this ship from scrap metal and made it into something powerful. "I couldn't do that...as simple as it would be...I would still have no choice but to leave the Republic space and the outer rim...away from you." I said and looked at her, she looked back at me, her crimson blood eyes were perfect in the bleak metal of this quarter of mine. I moved over to where she was, I had loved her from when I had found her, abandoned as a small child, alone in this world, I had kept her from harm, from the darkness, until now. "Maris, I..." I moved in towards her as she grapped my collar and kissed my lips, we were both in disarray from what was going on. As soon as the alarms went off, we both looked up at the red lights flashing and we knew what might be happening. We both left my quarters and headed to the bridge, General Kenobi was there waiting for our arrival. "Ah, Maris Brood and the General himself, seems we may know where Grevious is, he is on Utapou, a large rock with barely any atomospheric pressure, still, it does have its ups and downs to it." General Kenobi said and I just stood there. "Is that all, Kenobi?" I questioned, looking at him. He shook his head "It's not that simple, we need to know if he really is there...I'll go speak with Anakin and the Council on this one, in the mean-time, I suggest that you and Maris take a small trip to the planet of Felucia, Master Shak'tii and Master Secura is waiting for you both there." and with that, Obiwan left to go down upon the surface of Coruscant, Maris and I left immediately for Felucia to speak with Shak'tii and Secura. Know one may know this but that was the last time I ever saw Maris Brood, alive, when I left Felucia. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm lazy, so no spacing. Don't make me use my uber powers to keel u! *laughs*
