This is my first time making a mini batch of avatars. I like how some of them came out and some of the others... I don't know why I made them >.>'

Try adding some effects to these. Maybe a lighting effect on the fifth one because it's a tad dark. Well done with choosing good quality images. You did a very nice job for your first go at it. :3

Yeah I agree with that. I think it would make some of them much more interesting.

I like the one with him facing the other way.

You know, I started playing this game, but the beginning Kind of went too slow for me, and I stopped completely. I should retry sometime soon

 

Doesnt look like you did alot here, but theyre good quality images, I'll give you that. Now just try adding some gradients etc.

I used a Selective Colour adjustment layer and a Hue/Saturation layer on most of them. A couple of them I sharpened a bit because they were a tad bit blurring in some places.
