Square-Enix Square Enix Still Interested in FFVII

Some of you people are the reason why Square won't let FF7 go and focus more on NEW ideas or remaking other games (that btw, were infinitely more deserving) D:<

 

oh believe me i was wondering the same exact things. i didn't think it really took much away from the movie but to each their own i suppose, i don't like arguing about preferences too much.

well that and the people who are tired of FF7 but still buy the merchandise anyway.

I'd love it if Final Fantasy VIII had a remake instead of IX. But yeah, FFVI and FFV should get their remakes first.

 

After what they set up with DoC and CC that isn't possible at the moment without causing a mass uprising of angry fans. AC was completely unessacary though.

*sigh* Even though I was introduced to Final Fantasy by 7, I liked the 2D ones better when I bought the remakes, it was much more simple and they do desvere a remake in 3D more then 7 does.


Heck, maybe in 10-15 years we might see it for the recent ones (7,8,9) but it's not going to be now

 

Honestly i don't think any Final Fantasy needed a remake or a sequel or anything
Great Examples are Dirge of cereberus and FFX-2 <.<
Agree'd i have not played any of the old Final Fantasys(i really should though :l).FFVII is only my third favourite FF game and was only slightly better than VIII (what's all the hype? seriously)
My favourite being FFX and FFIX.
I Haven't played Crisis Core either so i can't say anything about that but lol it has to be better than Doc.

Despite all this i think Chrono trigger could take a remake :'D
