Spring 2010 Anime Season

Just thought I would post this here since the new season starts in about 2-3 weeks

I lol'd at the summary of Ketsuinu

I plan on watching Arakawa Under The Bridge, Yojo-han Shinwa Taikei, Angel Beats, House of Five Leaves and Heroman. But who knows, I might come across some hidden gem later in the season.

So what do you guys think looks interesting?

Yea, it's basically becomes a hentai from what I've heard.

 

Then I probably won't be seeing it, unless my dangerous curiosity gets the better of me...

 

I am really happy they made a BLACK ROCK SHOOTER OVA, The trailer looked so awesome. Hetalia is unexpected, I thought they ended it. And glad they are still making To-Love-Ru

 

It's ecchi, not hentai. Also, their step-siblings. Not creepy.

Also, for me it's Heroman, Angel Beats, K-ON!! Season 2, B Gata H Kei, Kiss x Sis and WORKING!!

Also, GURREN LAGGAN OVA FARK YEAR.

Have you read the manga for Kiss X Sis? That thing is basically borderline hentai. But from what I've heard about the new season, it seems like they toned downed a lot of things in it so they can broadcast it on TV.

 

That's what ecchi is. Boarderline hentai. It's like hentai but without all the sex and usually censored. Also, it's Japan. They don't have to tone down anything to show it on tv.

 

This is probably more of a subjective matter because I've read a few mangas that are considered ecchi and I've also read some Kiss x Sis and Kiss x Sis seemed to go further into the hentai territory than most ecchi mangas do.

I don't remember it exactly since I haven't read it in a while but isn't there a chapter where one of the sisters gets him and the other sister drunk so she can have sex with him. She almost succeeds and some of her clothes is off but something happened that I forgot. I haven't read it in a while so something may be off.

 

Yeah, sounds more like ecchi then hentai to me, but meh.

Which anime looks good to?

 

Like I said, very subjective matter.

I haven't been able to watch all the animes that I planned to yet because of school. Watched Heroman, I thought it was good and I'll probably be sticking with it for the season, and I also liked the Stan Lee cameo. Watched Kaichou wa Maid-sama because a friend recommended it to me and I like the story and I might stick with it if it gets better. Planning on watching Arakawa under the Bridge since SHAFT is making it and I love almost anything SHAFT so I'll give it a try. Heard Angel Beats had bad animation and that main character is a Haruhi copy-pasta but I'll have to watch it to find out. All the other ones, I know nothing about. Do you have any recommendations?

 

Decent line-up. But I would say that you should stick with Angel Beats. It has patential. The first episode was confusing as hell, but still pretty awesome. As for a Haruhi copy, I would say the only thing similar to it was her uniform and the fact that it's kind of Sci-Fi.

 

Only thing I'm planning on watching is K-ON! Season 2. If anything else catches my interest I'll pick it up.

 

Honestly, I was thinking the exact same thing. I have no idea how I got sucked into it, but I want more.

 

Lol I LOVE HEROMAN. Best anime I have seen this year. I hope that it gets uber awesome. Also I started to read the manga. So far my speculation of controversy over the American Flag being in an anime
